It is possible in general, but it is question that is not related with Filter Everything PRO plugin. It depends from your theme files.

Also I noted that in the desktop world the page doesn’t fully load the css, but now I noticed in the mobile world the filters are not working at all. What steps can we take to resolve this? Thank you.

I’m not sure, when the new version will be ready, it depends from a list of factors.

But if you have issues on mobile devices, please provide me with details what exactly does not work. It would be great to receive from you link to the page with example of the issue and any text/image/video details about it, if it is no obvious on the page. Why did you make conclusion that CSS isn’t fully loaded on the page? Please, let me know.

1. About “No WP Queries matched to the post type “Evento” on your page with Events posts. Please, send me credentials to your /wp-admin in accordance with this document I will check it myself.

2. It looks like you didn’t select correct WP_Query in the “And what to filter?” field, but from other side you alrady know how to use this field. Ok, I will check this with the problem #1.

1. I checked the page and realised that you inserted [events] shortcode that loads events via AJAX after page is loaded. Posts loaded in such way can not be filtered with Filter Everything plugin as they do not fire WP_Query during a page loading process.

If these posts can be displayed in another way (for example through WP Bakery Composer posts module with post type Events or not via AJAX in the Events plugin) they can be filtered with my plugin. I recommend you to find another way to dispaly Events on the page and they can be filtered.

2. Regarding the problem with 11 Product Queries – experimentally detected that you have to use Product query #6.

In general it is something that should be configured by a customer himself because plugin configuring is not included in the item support here on CodeCanyon. As it realized you use Product categories, but not regular Post categories. For them is available option to sort by Menu order. Menu order is the order you specified for Product categories in /wp-admin Now the order in the filter is as you need. I did not add any extra code on your site.

Thank you for credentials. I checked your site and realized that you used two bad prefixes that matches to existing taxonomy terms on your site “auto-zapalarka”, “auto-czyszczenie”. I changed these prefixes to another in Filters -> Settings -> URL Prefixes and after that updated the FIlter Set with not working prexies. Unfortunately for the moment regular dropdowns in filters (with or without enabled jQuery Select2) don’t allow you to select multiple values at the same time. This feature is planned for the plugin, but requries some time to be implemented in future updates.

The only one way to use dropdowns and multiple selection is mentioned above.

I’m sorry, it was my fault – I thought your request is not relevant anymore. I checked the issue and realized that it was problem between default category and my plugin. No worries. I understand that the reason of your comment was my mistake. No, I didn’t change the plugin’s code, just added single code string in the functions.php of your active theme. So you can update the plugin without any problems. In general it’s not the best solution to use “Uncategorized” category for some purposes, because as it is default WordPress category, it will automatically attach to it all posts that loose their categories. But if you control this process, all should be correctly.

2. I think you know, that you always can create two or more columns on your site by adding them via conding or with a Page Builder. But it seems you asked if it is possible to create columns with the Filter Everything PRO plugin. My answer is – unfortunately no, because it is not responsibility of my plugin. The best way is to create columns with Page Builder or directly in your theme files. But of coruse, if you have these columns you can insert there filters open button and the Sorting widget.

Issue for Taxonomy Numeric type

If the Filter widget does not display on the Search results page there could be 2 possible reasons: 1. You did not insert Filters widget or its shortcode on the page 2. You tried to check wrong page.

Please, open search results page from the Filter Set by clicking on the eye icon close to the “Where to filter?” field. And please, check if there is Filters widget inserted in your sliding area.

This bug isn’t resolved yet, but I keep it in my mind and I will do it in closest 7-10 days.

I’m not sure about Free search because my plugin does not contain such field yet. In any case if you need to modify any search field (WordPress or WooCommerce) you always can do it via hooks.

Usually it may be consequence of the wrong selected WP_Query in the Filter Set. Please, try to select another WP_Query in the “And what to filter?” field in your Filter Set. I also recommend you disable AJAX until you will ensure that filtering works as expected.

I’m glad to let you know that the issue is now resolved and filters work on your second domain. I made some changes on your instance of the plugin and added them to the next plugin verison. So you don’t need to do anything with this, just update the plugin, when the new version will be available.

The problem was related with security checks that did not work when you use two domains in WPML.

For the moment for the filter “Diametrs (cm)” terms the order is selected by “Menu order «123»” It means that you can manually set this order by dragging terms to top and bottom on this page – https://ilmarsr3.sg-host.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=pa_diametrs&post_type=product Please, set there desired order and it will be the same in the filter.

What do you advise to do in terms of correct sorting settings if for Include/Exclude Terms I have empty field and I have Exclude none set, because I want to include all terms for that specific attribute (also the ones which will be added in the future – I don’t want to add them manually later on), therefore I don’t have attributes listed and I can’t manually sort them in a correct order. Which sorting order is the one I should use in order to have ascending number order?

For your purpose you have to use “Term name «abc»” value. But result may depends from specific settings in your PHP config. So if it will not work as you expected you always have ability to sort them manually on the attributes page.

For the moment you can do it only if the top field will be dropdown with predefined options. The plugin has no own search field, where you can type text, but it will be added later in future updates.

1. As I see now all these terms have more than 0 counts of products. It seems the reason of the issue was cached data. It can be refreshed if you open your site page with ?reset_filters_cache=true parameter in URL. For example https://ilmarsr3.sg-host.com/?reset_filters_cache=true

2. If you do not use “Styled checkboxes and radio buttons” (can be activated in Filters -> Settings -> Experimental -> Styled checkboxes and radio buttons) the color of checkboxes and radiobuttons is default browser color. I think they can be changed via CSS but you have to try to find this on appropriate resources in Internet. If you will activate “Styled checkboxes and radio buttons” you can set color for them in Filters -> Settings.
