Halo gan, pada beberapa merk HP ebook tidak dapat dibuka sama sekali. Ketika ebook di klik tidak muncul loading, dan semua ebook tidak bisa dibuka.
Beberapa ada yg bisa dibuka dengan mengatur hak akses secara manual, beberapa hp tetap tidak bisa walaupun hak akses sudah disetujui.

Hi, i’ve got the same Problem like parasros, “Even the preloaded ebooks don’t open. Folder permission was set to 777”. 2:And the administrator name can be changed but then you can no longer log in. If I change the name via the database back to the origin, then it works again.
It works on a device with Android 12 but not with Android 13 version, can you please change that. I can not publish it like this

Solution found, to make it work with Android 13, just change compileSdk and targekSdk to 32: https://prnt.sc/NdRZj8D-L3OO
Is it ok to downgrade the sdk version? don’t worry and no problem, because the minimum for publication to Google Play uses targetSdk 31, so it’s still valid.

Hi, make sure there is no problem with file access permission in your hosting, otherwise, upload function will not working properly, check upload folder permission and set to 777, then, related with pdf url, make sure you’ve put valid pdf url, you can host your pdf file to google drive, firebase storage or raw github. I checked the permission, and it was set to 755. Changed it to 777. I tried small file size, below 1mb, uploaded successfully. But when accessing, clicking the book cover page, nothing happens.
Another concern, is says “Ebook added successfully…” but not really added to the list
