Hi, Please answer, do I need to have a Spotify account in order for my service to work without problems. It is currently working intermittently. I copied the settings from your demo version, which also works intermittently. The sound quality of the same song is noticeably worse compared to Spotify. Please explain why this is so and how best to set up the program. Best regards

Music is streamed from youtube and not spotify, so quality will be different.
You should also enter your own API keys in settings page, using the same ones as on demo site might cause rate limiting issues.

So I have a blog website, that I want the domain to be transferred on the Bemusic streaming engine.
But from all the search I’ve been doing I can’t find a better solution to do so.
My current domain on my blog is www.nordarcio-pro.com and I want this same domain to be on this new streaming engine that I’m about to buy.

That’s correct. BeMusic does have an embed functionality, if this is what you mean, so you can embed a player from BeMusic on a different site.

I’m a producer and purchased this script some months ago. Can I import thousands of my own music (MP3s) at a single go? This is absolutely essential in my case. For instance – upload a folder with MP3s in the backend and sync it in frontend, showing all imprinted MP3 meta tags etc.?

I asked my hosting provider about my bemusic installation regarding website speed. I checked my site on several services but I always get a low score.
Even with both One Click Optimisation and CDN services enabled (provided by my hosting company), I always get I have an issue with “the initial server response time”
They replied saying:
“Your site TTFB issue is mainly from your codes. Also using PHP 7.3 which is no longer maintained by PHP. You would need to improve your codes on your site. As you are using custom development You may want to check on the solution for caching on this. Using new PHP version is also will help. So mainly you need to improve your coding.”
so, how do I Reduce the initial server response time in this case?

Biggest increase to TTFB would come from enabling gzip on the server, if not already enabled. After that, you would want to use some kind of CDN so site assets are hosted closer to the user location.
CDN is already in use. My hosting company says this: “Even the gtmetrix results show issue is with site code. But can be better if the codes optimised orderly. Those are showing that you need to optimise the website codes. This is more of a developer task to address the issues. For instance your code preloads codes that are not used on initial view.”
what else do you recommend to improve loading speed?

Yes, it can be disabled from settings page.
I check it but it’s only disable on desktop and not on mobile device.
On mobile video needs to be shown, otherwise autoplay will not work properly due to restrictions on youtube background playback.

There’s no good solution for this unfortunately. Background playback on mobile is only available with youtube premium now.
So if I use YouTube premium the video will be remove ? I will check or tell me how much and how to use the premium service and remove videos from mobile. Then I will buy the script .
It’s based on the youtube subscription on the user that listening. There’s no good way to fully hide the video for youtube embed unfortunately.
With Chrome (Version 109.0.5414.120), when you try to change the volume in the audio player, it goes into mute mode. It works fine with Edge.

about translating the site. I see there´s no “sections” for the translation file. I only need to translate what the listeners see, not the admin backend, how do I go about that?

There’s no built-in way to do this unfortunately as a number of translations are shared between both sections.
My si te was working correctly, suddenly my users cant listen to the songs, the player keeps loading.
