Hi, I have two woocommerce installations on the same domain, on two subdomains. They are simply two locations of the same store that need separate invoicing. Can I use the same license for both stores?

Hello, can you answer my question?

Hello,

If it’s exactly the same store (same products, same seller), then you can use the same license. If it’s a different store (even if it’s on the same domain) you would need an extra license.

Paul

Hello, it is possible with your plugin to create discounts on subscriptions. It seems that simple woocommerce coupons don’t work at checkout. Thank you

Hello,

By using this plugin it is possible to create discounts for WooCommerce products and cart as a whole. Then it depends on whether or not the subscriptions solution that you are using will take these reduced prices / discounts for recurring billing or treat them as initial order discounts only.

The plugin does not have any subscription specific features.

Paul

other queston I forget to ask is, why you are not participating in black friday sale?

Hello,

We do not participate in Black Friday sale, sorry!

Paul

Can you confirm whether this plugin is compatible with multi currency switcher plugin WOOCs(by realmag777) or not? Can you we reply on lifelong support from your side if occure occasionally without paying extra amount? Hope you don’t mind

Hello,

It used to be compatible and it may still be – we haven’t checked recently so I’m not sure what changes the other developer did to their plugin in the recent past.

Bug fixes and further updates are included in the license and do not expire but hands-on plugin support requires a support subscription.

If I setup a simple discount, then must change the Volume Pricing Table also from basics price but this isn’t happening

Hello,

Currently Volume Pricing Table only includes bulk discounts. If you combine multiple types of discounts other types won’t be reflected in the table. We know that this is a limitation in functionality and will look into ways to improve that.

Hello, is it possible to add a fee but for the quantity of a specific product? For example, if I add only one that is 5%, but if I add 2 that is 10%, if there are 3 that is 15%. Thank you!

Hello,

Should the higher discount be applicable to all quantity units or only the last one? That is, should the 15% discount apply to the third unit only or to the first and second one as well?

Paul

Hi! The discount should be for the cart total! for example, if i add 1 product i have 5% off in cart total. but if i add 2 units, the discount should be 10% in cart totals! Thank you!

Sure, you can easily set different discounts/fees to cart based on product quantity in cart. You would just have to create multiple rules – one for each discount size.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I could help you with!

Paul

When I active this plugin, the woocomerce coupons do not work, is this normal?

Hello,

Please check your options under the Settings tab – there’s an option that allows you to disable coupons if plugin’s discounts are applicable to cart.

If the problem persists, please contact us via our support site https://support.rightpress.net/.

Paul

Yes I send a message two weeks ago, but I didn’t receive any answer.

Hello,

We had a queue of unresolved support requests but I was able to attend to pretty much all of them now. I can’t find any support requests submitted approx. two weeks ago searching by your username or the problem described. If you haven’t heard back from us, would you mind submitting another support request via our support site at https://support.rightpress.net/

Also, please check your email spam folder just in case our response ended up there.

Thanks!

is this possible to have different price in different currency for different groups? so price in different currency is set manually for each price?

Hello,

No, I’m afraid this plugin does not allow you to set different prices or amount discounts for different currencies. It does work with several currency switcher plugins but does not have any currency related settings by itself.

Paul

I have question is it possible to have so when I buy 3 items from a particular category. The lowest priced weapon gets 50% off in cart?

Hello,

Sure, this can be easily set up using the “Buy x get x” pricing method. You would set 2 units to be purchased at full price, 1 unit to receive a 50% discount and would also set a product category condition. System will automatically check which product is the cheapest one and apply a discount to that product.

Paul

Hello,

I would like to do Product Price by Quantity, but my concern is that I have a large number of products.

Do you know if it is compatible with Wp All import?

Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for your question.

The plugin is not compatible with 3rd party import/export plugins and settings are saved in a proprietary data format. The plugin has its own settings export/import functionality though.

If you need to create separate pricing rules for each of your products, then it may be a pain to set up if you have lots of products. This plugin shines when it comes to setting up pricing rules that apply to broader range of products (by category, attribute etc) or if you have just a few products to target.

Paul

Is it still possible to create a CSV import file for each product with thousands of products?

No, I’m afraid the plugin does not take CSV files for import.

Paul

Hi, I would to know is is possible with your plugin to apply the coupon/discount on the normal price instead of the final discounted sales price. Thanks

Hello,

For Product Pricing rules you can control this by going to the Settings tab and changing “Base price for products on sale” to “Regular price”.

For Cart Discount rules there’s no such setting – percentage discounts are always calculated from final cart (or cart item) subtotal.

Paul

Ok thanks, but How can I create a coupon with your plugin? If I set “regular price” when I use the default coupon, The discount is in the sale price

Hello,

In the Cart Discounts tab you can create cart discounts. Difference between cart discounts and regular WooCommerce coupons is that cart discounts are applied automatically as long as all conditions are true. Unlike with regular coupons, customer does not need to enter any code but otherwise they look like regular coupons to customer (they appear next to the cart total).

If you would like to require customers to enter a discount code, then you should use regular WooCommerce coupons (outside of this plugin).

Paul

Hi, the plugin support shortcodes functionality to implement to elementor?

Hello,

Thank you for your question!

I’m not sure exactly what you would like to display in a shortcode?

Paul

Discounted price,of course.

Hello,

You can use any standard way to get WooCommerce product price and it will have the discount applied. Just make sure you have the “Change display prices in shop” option enabled in settings.

Paul

I don’t recommend this company. Their support never replies.

Hello,

Thank you for your comment.

“Never” is a strong word. We do provide support and we do respond to user inquiries. We did have a backlog of unresolved support requests lately but managed to catch up now.

Paul

Subtotal appears after deducting the fixed amount but there is no statement or text shows the discount.

Hello,

I’m not sure what text you are referring to? Would you like to show a notification to customers when a discount is applied?

Paul

Is it working for webshops with thousands of products yet without slowing down or crashing? Used this plugin a couple of years ago and it was then problematic but still looking for a plugin like this that is functional.

Hello,

Our plugin definitely has some performance “penalty” because of its dynamic nature. We have made quite a few performance improvements over the years though.

There are definitely clients using our plugin that have thousands (and even tens of thousands) of products in their shops.

It also comes down to what kind of pricing/discount/fee rules you want to create – the more complex they are, the more resources they will need to process.

Paul

Hello i have selected the option to add free product to cart automatically, but if it’s repeating the 2nd and 3rd free products won’t add to cart. how to fix it?

Hello,

Auto add to cart functionality is rather limited at this point and it won’t change the amount of free products in cart when changing quantity of the “master” product.

It looks easy at first sight but there are quite a few technical challenges that are preventing us from improving this. We still have this in our development backlog though and will attempt again in the future.

Paul

Hi. Support no longer exists? I put a ticket on the support page two weeks ago and still no response.

Hello,

Your support request has been replied to now – sorry for the delay!

Paul

Thanks!

No more support? No answer?

Hello,

We do provide support – lately we had a large backlog of unsolved support tickets but after pushing harder for a while managed to pretty much clear it by now. Will do our best to provide timely support going forward!

Paul

please add location based discount option to

Hello,

For Cart Discounts and Checkout Fees you can already use customer address conditions. They are not available for Product Pricing rules though – are you referring to this or are you referring to automatic geolocation?

Paul

Yes auto geolocation based price

I’m afraid auto geolocation is not on our to-do list, at least for now.

Hello,

Thank you for reporting this.

Would you mind getting in touch with us via our support site https://support.rightpress.net/ so we can take a closer look at this problem?

I believe I see this for the first time and this backtrace does not provide enough information to determine where that value is coming from and why it is an array when we expect a string.

Thanks for your help!
