Hello, Just installed your free version to test. Is there any way to resize the popup? It is Huge and takes over 75% of my desktop screen. Mobile takes over 100%. This is just too big for my taste, can it be resized?

Does this resize just the wheel or the entire popup? Right now, the popup takes up 3/4 of my entire desktop screen
Mostly the wheel, but the popup width will also be adjusted to be suitable with the wheel. It’s designed to show properly anyway.

Sorry for the late reply. I tried this but the input boxes were cut off. I believe that is due to the fact that I cannot change the wheel size.
I am going to purchase the pro version, as I need some of the other features, and hope that resizing the wheel will solve my problem.

I’m afraid not. WooCommerce Lucky Wheel sends WooCommerce coupon as prizes, so it needs an email address to send it.
The available hook for this function is only in the WordPress Lucky Wheel. Because it sends custom prizes.

Thanks for letting us know about your situation. I can understand that it’s important to you. However, this function wasn’t used by the majority of our customers, it’s not a function that will benefit our most customers in long term. For now we don’t have plan to replace it.

The coupon can be generated uniquely if you don’t select “Existing coupon” for the wheel slice in the wheel settings. It’s generated based on the “Coupon type” (right next to the “Index” column) in “Wheel Settings” tab and the “Unique Coupon” settings. The option to make the coupon not usable among users is the first “Email restriction” in Unique Coupon settings.
For the request of 6 random number in the coupon code, please create a support ticket on this Support Forum. We’ll check and add some custom code to achieve that.
Regarding the sending notification via Whatsapp, it’s unfortunate we haven’t done integration for this yet.
