Hello I bought and installed lucky wheel plugin, it is working without any problem however when we press to button for earning price, 30 40 seconds waiting time has taken a place than wheel start to roll, how can we get rid off to waiting time?

How do you present the code on the winning screen so that the winner does not have to check the e-mail? How do I show the winning/losing message in a more visible manner rather than somewhere at the bottom in the same style? Is there a share option for the results? That would be good option.

For limiting users, we can make the wheel visible for logged in users only. Which means if the user registered and logged in, the wheel will be visible for them to spin. If the user is not logged in, the wheel will be hidden. This can be done using the Conditional Tags.

Regarding the coupon, it’s WooCommerce function and by default, its live time is by days. So we don’t have option to make it live by hours, unfortunately.

I have a query before purchasing these plugin regarding the coupon code
If a user win coupon code by spin the wheel then the coupon code will be sent to them via congrats message if we add shortcode in congrats text section or by email so the automatic coupon code will get generated automatically or we have to create coupon code.
If coupon code will get automatically generated and send to the user then how my wordpress will catch that this coupon code is valid means you will create coupon code in the woocommerce also.

1. The coupon can be sent via either email or the congrats message, depends on how you configure. Regarding the coupon, you can do both – manage to automatically generate new unique coupon code, or choose the existing coupon.
2. If the coupon is generated, it’ll automatically appear in the Coupons list of WooCommerce. You can configure auto-generated coupon with same options as in WooCommerce Coupons settings.
Unfortunately, we don’t have demo site for backend settings.

1. Yes, the plugin will automatically subtract 1 to the end of a prize, you can set it in the Quantity column. You can distribute the possibility of a prize in the Probability column (In the Wheel Settings tab)
2. Custom fields are personal requests, so you can submit a custom work request, our developer will review the request and implement for you.

Ok thanks for that, I tried to shorten the time to 5 mins (rather than 1 day), the wheel only appears when I open a different browser…i..e chrome or Firefox etc, but once I click the X its gone for good…also, is there anyway to have no background effect…i.e. remove snowflakes etc…
