Your plugin does not allow me to edit any of the skills, social media, etc., once they are saved. It is a mess. Also, you are missing so many social media options and icons. I see zero responses from you. I will initiate a refund if not addressed.

17 days so far and no word from the author. I would not recommend this. It has issues, and there is no resolution or response.
Once I add skills I can’t delete them. It has no way for me to remove the skills. The edit button is greyed out and doesn’t allow any access to change or remove. Please provide a fix asap.

I’m having issues on a page where I use the Heroes card plugin. Here on this page: https://espace.epfl.ch/education/student-projects/ I cannot use Beaver Builder any more, and normally there’s supposed to be a text on top of the sorting buttons, but somehow Heroes obliterates it.
It is strange because on this other website: https://spacesustainabilityrating.org/the-rating/ I also display the Heroes shortcode (down in the middle of the page) and I have the same settings as the other website, same WordPress template that has been updated the same way, and it seems to work fine, it displays as it should I can use the Beaver Builder.
So I’m very confused because I cannot find the source of the bug on the first website. Could you help me? Because I really like this plugin and how we can use to display our projects, so I don’t really want to have to change because I can’t find anything better our there.

Hello again Nathan. I found the source of the problem. It comes from the beaver builder short code that I insert in the card to display my content. It seems to create some issues since the latest updates, that was my second suspicion. I’ll try to see with them if this can be fixed, otherwise I’ll switch back to using simple text and HTML inside the cards

The support ticket options site does not exist anymore. Need help with the ordering of heros, I have each employee with the number associated with the order they should be in , but one of them is out of order and cant seem to figure out why. on the desktop version is shows shows the one team member not in the right order, but when I view it on mobile it shows the correct order. any ideas I can try?
Hi, pre-sale question: I’ve been looking through the demos. I’m interested in adding demo layout #5 to my website, but I need to know if it’s possible to make the background image have the same behavior as the icon, i.e. you don’t have to click inside the icon but anywhere on the image to display the profile details. If so, could I also remove the icon and have the entire image take on the same function as that icon? Clicking on the image, which is a larger area, is much more convenient for navigation.

Hi there – we have been using your great Heroes Assemble plugin on our website for a while but it has stopped working and we cannot see our existing Heroes when we go to the Heroes menu to make an update. This plugin is really superb. I am wondering, however, if you have code so that I can make the modal, particularly the centerered modal a box instead of full-length. The bios we use are short so we just want centered rectangle in the lightbox modal. Can you please provide me code to do this and where and how to change it? I read a thread about changing the view.php file and created a CSS class file but it broke the site so if you could walk me through it that would be enormously helpfu. Thank you in advance!
You can use css to adjust the modal size. For example:

So when I add this inline on line 98 in view.php for the MODAL the entire site breaks. I am trying to limit the max-height – not the width which you used in your example so I used max-height instead. I don’t normally work with CSS so while i am very tech savvy, i do not know the context of how to add this inline… can you or someone please just post what needs to get posted in line 98 and after…? i assume I can do this inline and not reference a file?

Also I am aware the top row on the page is NOT your plugin. I was testing options but Heroes is really a superb solution if I can modify the lightbox popup to be more like the plugin at the top. That is what I am trying to get to… thanks in advance Nathan.
Please note that the top row light box layout is not possible with this plugin.
However, My suggestion would be to use a landscape ratio image for the light box only. At the moment, all your image are in portrait ratio. Hence why it taken up all the space. If you convert it to a landscape ratio image, then it wouldn’t taken up that many spaces, which will make it looks smaller.

Yes – the settings can allows you to up to 6 columns. If you need more, you can use CSS to adjust it.

There is no built-in import and export function in this plugin.
However, heroes is a custom post type. Which means you can use any import/export plugins that support custom post types to do the importing process.
You might not be able to importing everything. But, it should import enough to get you started,
