I am using wpform to collect data, used elementor to create an europass template to collect the entries from the form. would this plugin help me generate a pdf file of this template? I dont want the pdf to give a flatten image cause on the templates, there are clickable links. I want them to remain clickable?
Pls the template is built with a theme builder. Pls tell me if this is achievable. I need to buy this immediately if it is possible.

The initial issue has been fixed but now I’ve got an issue where there is no styling on the PDF, it doesn’t work with Elementor forms and the PDF looks nothing like the page design?

Hi there I am finding it difficult to raise a support request. I have paid for support as part of the plugin price i have purchased. You direct us to register on the support portal but when you hit register there is no option to enter a password so we cannot actually login to the support portal. We cannot view the status of the ticket we have raised via the form and would like some direction on how to login and view the status report.

This plugin has not been updated in almost a year. This is bad for security and compatiblity. 1/ When will you update it ? I can’t buy this unless fully updated (wp 6.2.2 & php 8.1 compatible). 2/ Do you have the “e-mail PDF” option available yet ? This is a must-have

Hello there…. So I have a presale question…
I am looking to purchase this plugin to facilitate and elementor based timesheet system…. I will use elementor forms for team members to submit timesheet data that will then populate a custom post type which ill design a nice online page template for… so management can view these online.
Now I know i could add this plugin to that template page and allow the template to be downloaded as a pdf on button press….
HOWEVER is it possible or would it be possible to have it so when you click the pdf button it emails the pdf to a pre-defined email address (management)

PDF generation can be done for elementor build page but if the page contains any data using JS or have dynamics data then few data might not seen because of incompatibility with dynamic data. Email on button click can also be added but for this we have to customize the plugin.

Thanks. I’m wondering, what about the posts without elementor ? is there a shortcode to place there also ? is the pdf print working with ordinary editor without elementor ? I don’t use gutenberg, it’s deactivated. But we’re not going to use elementor on every pages if not needed and I’d rather have a tool for every situations…

This plugin is an add-on of the Elementor Website Builder plugin so it is required. And the posts, pages must be created by Elementor only then our plugin will work. Currently, we do not have a PDF generator that works on all pages without a page builder but we are working on it and may launch it by the end of this year.

I would like to buy the plugin, but I have been testing the free version and when I generate the pdf file with an elementor template it shows me the pdf with plain text, it does not show me the css styles of the elementor template..
Does it work in the premium version?

Our Lite version has limited features so the exact layout and CSS are not being applied. You can try our Pro version, it will definitely work. As our plugin is an Elementor addon it will support inbuilt widgets and if any issue occurs we will try to fix it as soon as possible. And of course, if we can’t fix the problem, we’ll give you a refund.

I have bought this plugin expecting it to do what it supposed to do, but it does not work as should. the support tried to help but then disappeared and not answering emails any more, although they did not fix any issues with the plugin. background images do not work. Hebrew fonts do not work. content on PDF does not show as it should. I could not be more disappointed

i bought the pro version of your plugin(PDFMentor Pro) and i see that when i download the pdf the style of the pdf is just simple text.
I bought your plugin because i thought that the results of the PDF will be the same as you show on your demo.
If this result on your demo is due to custom CSS please i want a REFUND because that was the reason i bought it.
I want the pdf file to be the same as the page in style ( colors,fonts,backgrounds).
I tried the free version and the results are the same…
Please reply me as soon as possible, this project should end tommorow and i face these problems with ur plugin.
Also the pdf is not generating content if i set the title as the post beacause of Greek characters
