You can change header menu in Admin -> Appearance -> Menus.
To change footer widgets, it’s in Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets.

You can update/change the block of HTML via Shortcode. You can edit them from the Editor of the pages/articles in Admin.

It doesn’t require a plugin, you can change existing blocks via shortcode in Admin -> Pages -> click on edit shortcode icon on each block.
If you want to add more HTML block, just insert shortcode “Custom HTML”.
See, I’m making a website for a client and he insists on this plugin.
As I said, we don’t have this plugin, and it isn’t required a plugin to insert HTML block. Just insert it using shortcode “Custom HTML” or using HTML button of CKEditor.

It’s just used to list all of your available packages. When click on button Get Started, it will go to the contact page, you can change button URL if you need.
We don’t have integration with payment gateway for this.
