We have just released a new version. Try to go to Admin -> Platform administration -> System updater to update your site to the latest first, then you can update/remove this icon in Admin -> Pages -> Contact.
Why is the main menu allowed you to selected draft and pending but it is still publishing on website? If you selected draft or pending it shouldn’t be published on the webpage.

You can add anything to menu, we can’t check every the status of the item. If you don’t need it in the menu, please remove it from that.
Hello, thank you for your support. Does your current script allowed you to disable the E-Commerce? I have try to disable the email but there is plenty of errors pop up. Please check your current script if you can disable and enable the Ecommerce
You can’t disable E commerce when you delete vi language which is linked to shipping. Why have vi linked to vendor?
The default setting is US or Vi, that is why basic shippings info can changed the country but not the city or state. Anyway to remove US or VI as default. and let the person to select the default country during installation? The database coding made default language is US or Vi. You can only change the flag to another English country but not the country code.
Change the country code will deleted all info headers tabs. Would be better if your next update allowed a person to select a default country during installation.

Hello, if a customer send message from the contact, the site owner receive the message. Can the site owner reply the customer if he/she setup the SMTP from the admin>setting>Email>SMTP.
Also would customization able to redirect the message to your personal hotmail account.

Default, when you have a new contact message. The system will send you a notification via email. Please reply to this email from your Email Client.
The contact menu in admin is only used for archived messages, not using for sending/receiving emails.

You need to go to Admin -> Plugins and deactivate plugin Shippo first, then deactivate plugin Ecommerce.
Once plugin Ecommerce is deactivated, login and cart button on header will be removed.

Maybe you just need to remove <noscript> tag in in your JS code.
Some tags are not supported because security issue. Please insert this code direct to blade view, like footer.blade.php in platform/themes folder.

You can translate it in Admin > Appearance > Widgets.

Oh, that’s mean you edit shortcode in a page, you should translate this page by click the flag (your language) icon in the right panel to create new language version of this page.
Oh, you can translate it in Admin > Translations > Theme Translation.

Hello, thanks for purchasing our product.
1. We have options to enable verify customer’s email, you can enable it in Admin > Ecommerce > Advanced Settings > Find the section “Verify customer’s email?”. You must config the email sending method at Admin > Settings > Email to ensure the script can send these emails.
2. The script does not include the reply email tool in Admin. You can use your email client to reply to emails from your customers.

Thanks for the fast respond to my email. What you mean by use your email client to reply to email? Is that mean i need to setup SMTP and POP3 in the admin setting them mail?
You reply on your email client, like: Gmail, Outlook,...
So i need to use my gmail to reply. Why can’t the email i received from the website send to my gmail so i can reply? do i need to login to my website and copy the message and email then reply to the customer?

Your updated scripts is full of buds. I wish you could remove the default language is vi. Not sure why the default language have to be vi. I can’t delete the vi to add another language. The default language should be en and no link to the script.

What’s the issue with our update version?
Please create a ticket on our support center https://support.archielite.com and give us the list of bugs you found, our dev team will support you.
It is very easy to remove unwanted language, just go to Admin -> Settings -> Languages and delete that language.
We also add a new feature in the latest version “System Cleanup”, you can clear all demo data with just 1 click from the admin panel (Admin -> Platform administration -> System cleanup).
i just download the latest script. Is that a full version of the script or just a update?
Why is the latest script in MB is much less than the old script?
It’s the full version. You can upgrade to the latest version from the admin panel too (Admin -> Platform Administration -> System Updater).
It’s almost the same size as the previous version. It’s full, enough all needed files.

Yes, you can. Just open file database.sql and edit it.
We don’t encrypt source code, you can edit any files you want.
Our main source code is located in folder /platform.
It’s developed in modular structure. Separated to many modules.
Example, for Blog feature:
- Controllers: platform/plugins/blog/src/Http/Controllers.
- Views: platform/plugins/blog/resources/views.
- Routes: platform/plugins/blog/routes/web.php
- Migrations: platform/plugins/blog/database/migrations.
Front theme is in platform/themes/agon.
