As a developer, is it possible for me to buy this product and use on multiple websites or I must buy this product for each website that needs it?
Hi fortespy, how are you? I hope so!
The licensing provided by Envato Market is role-agnostic, and one license is required for each site. Find more information here:
https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standardI hope I have been of help to solve your doubts
Best regards
secondly, my client has asked me to build a prototype of a store which showcases all the features of your plugin. is it possible for me to buy your plugin and activate on a test domain, and then when I’m ready to transfer it to the client’s domain, i send you a mail requesting for a license reset to enable me use it on the client’s domain
Hi fortespy, you can already see and use WooCommerce B2B at work in our live demo:
https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/However, no problem if you install it on a development instance.
For any kind of other informations you can refer to author contact page:

Hello dear,
I am interested in your plugin but I am not sure if it is compitable with the theme I am willing to use.
Do you know any themes that are 100% compitable with your plugin?
Hi abbyrocks, how are you? I hope so!
From direct experience we cannot test all the existing themes, they are too many
I can however guarantee that WooCommerce B2B is developed using and respecting all the WordPress/WooCommerce standards and this gives very high compatibility.
In fact, at the moment, out of over 3000 active installations we have not had any incompatibility problems
You can find a list of the themes directly tested by us here:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/documentation/#s12I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
I don’t see any plugin specific tab on your WP demo. Does this have its own plugin page or ALL of the functionality is embedded inside native Woo areas?
Hi xtremewebsites, WooCommerce B2B has its own settings page in:
WooCommerce -> Settings -> B2B tab
Dedicated settings for products, users, product categories and so on are integrated into the edit pages of each entity.
Here are some example screenshots:

Hello, does the plugin have the boats to increase and decrease the amount of product to buy?
Because we are a distributor and generally customers order 100 products of the same
Hi publicidadelestablo5, how are you? I hope so!
I’m not sure I understood your request correctly, sorry.
If you mean the buttons that allow you to increase or decrease the quantity of product to add to the cart, this is a feature that depends on the theme.
If instead you mean the possibility of increasing the quantity in steps (eg: 10 at a time, 20 at a time, etc.) yes, WooCommerce B2B has this feature.
Finally, if you mean the possibility of having dedicated prices based on the purchased quantity of product, then yes, WooCommerce B2B has this feature (tier prices).
If you need some other informations, don’t hesitate to contact appropriate support channel:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
Is it possible to recreate the GUEST group if it’s deleted?
Yes, but you also need to recreate its association in the database. Surely the support can help you:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/Thanks for the answer. The situation is that I’m doing this task for a client, and she can’t get the license from her previous developer who made the site. Is it possible to get help without buying a complete new license to the plugin for 99 dollar?
You’re FrederikBaastrup, unfortunately without a license we don’t have the possibility to provide support, respecting all users who own and renew their licenses, sorry, especially considering that the problem was caused by user error. Best is I’d provide the license key, it’s within your customer’s right I guess. I’m sure of your understanding, best regards
Sure thing. I’ve just bought the license again and opened a ticket.
Hi. The demo is not working. I can’t log in with any browser using “demo” “demo”
Hi CompleXz, thanks for reporting, but we don’t see any problems with the demo and logging in, maybe you tried while it was being reset. In fact, every hour the demo resets its data to ensure a “clean” scenario. You can also try to login from the direct link:

HolaHello, I would like to know if when purchasing woocommerce b2b it generates conflicts with some plugins that are configured with woocommerce
Hi publicidadelestablo5, how are you? I hope so!
I wish I could give you a certain answer to this question, but unfortunately it is not possible honestly, there are millions of plugins created by different authors and in different ways
What I can assure you is that WooCommerce B2B is completely and meticulously developed respecting every single WordPress/WooCommerce and this guarantees full compatibility with all plugins or assets that comply with the standards in the same way.
At the moment, I can proudly say that with about 3000 active installations we don’t have any incompatibility problems related to WooCommerce B2B
I hope this information helps to solve your doubts! Best regards
1) Live Search can also have +- quantity buttons? 2) Quotes can have custom negotiation messaging?
No, WooCommerce B2B doesn’t have these features, sorry.
Hi,
I upgraded to PHP 8.0 and i get the following deprecated error.
Deprecated: Required parameter $order follows optional parameter $sent_to_admin in /www/xxxx/public/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-b2b/includes/classes/class-wcb2b-hooks.php on line 250
Hi Newphone, thanks for your reporting.
Deprecations notices are simply notices of features that will be deprecated or changed behavior in future PHP releases, they are not errors or problems.
Specifically, what causes this warning is known and has already been fixed by our developers and will be included in the next release of WooCommerce B2B.
In the meantime, there’s nothing to worry about
Please consider that support is provided through dedicated channel:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/and that currently your support period expired almost 3 years ago.
Thank you for the quick reply
Hi, this plugin can control which shipping method can be used for each group. However, for new website visitors, since they are not allocated to any group yet, they can see all shipping method. Is it possible to hide some shipping method for new website visitors who are not assigned to any group yet?
Hi liufangjian001, how are you? I hope so!
Of course, WooCommerce B2B creates by default a special group called GUEST which is used precisely to group customers who are not logged in or not assigned to any group. You can then manage the visibility of shipping methods for the GUEST group. For any other information, do not hesitate to contact our support through the appropriate channel:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/and our team will be happy to help you solve your doubts. Best regards
Thank you very much. Now I understand why it didn’t work in my case, it was because I ticked the top level “flat rate” box. when I only tick the sub level shipping method box, it works: https://d.pr/i/ZqyzIn Thank you very much .
Great liufangjian001, glad you solved it
Hi, I have a pre-purchase question. My client wants different free shipping for every product, is it possible? This only for B2B clients, not costumers who are based in minimum total price for free shipping. 1st product 4 for free shipping 2nd 3 for free shipping…
thanks
Hi design source 001, glad to hear from you again! I’m not sure I understood your requirement correctly, could you please provide more details?
They want to kind of clients, customers and wholesale, the first one is how works the website now, with 60€ order for free shipping, but for wholesale, they want to buy X products for free shipping.
Sorry designsource001, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature.
Hello,
I have a pre-purchase question.
Is it programmatically possible to set all B2B dedicated prices based on the different user groups? This as we have 2000+ products and it will be an insane job to update each product. We can not use percentage as we have to many different discounts.
In my old system where each price had its own postmeta it was very simple to build a code that calculated the price based on cost and regular price for the different user roles. Then each time any user visited a product all my 4 different prices was automatically added for the 4 different user roles.
Brgds Rune
Hi Runes, how are you? I hope so!
Of course, you can set bulk prices in several ways.
Consider that WooCommerce B2B extends WooCommerce’s default import/export tools, so you can update all your products through a simple CSV file, where you can also calculate prices if you want:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/ProductIETools%5B2%5D.pngAlternatively, you can use the WordPress/WooCommerce REST API (extended by WooCommerce B2B anyway):
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/documentation/#s9Finally, you can also envisage developing a custom system similar to the one you had and you mentioned, considering that WooCommerce B2B dedicated pricing is stored in a post meta.
I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
Hi, In my Woocomerce there are no Customer groups. Do I need to get another plugin, which one, or is this covered by your plugin? I would need only 1 or 2 extra groups
Hi miskojunak, how are you? I hope so!
Groups are a prerogative introduced by our “WooCommerce B2B” plugin:
https://camo.envatousercontent.com/4cb785334b59c5f4d5f4c28c4324aa5869ed0450/68747470733a2f2f7374617469632e776f6f636f6d6d657263652d6232622e636f6d2f656e7661746f2f77636232622f6f766572766965772d67726f7570732e706e67You can check how WooCommerce B2B works in the live demo:
https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/I hope this information will help you solve your doubts, best regards
Thank you for explaining.
You’re welcome miskojunak
Hello,
How can we have a group that doesn’t pay taxes for same product categories? While an other group pays taxes for all product categories.
Thank you
Hi beachlizard, how are you? I hope so!
I’m not sure I understood your request correctly, but you can manage tax exemption by group using the “Tax exemption” option in each group.
I hope this information will help you solve your doubts, for any other information do not hesitate to contact our support through appropriate channel:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/and our team will be happy to help you solve your doubts. Best regards
Hello,
How can we have a group A where for Product Categories 1,2,3,4 the client doesn’t pay taxes, while for Product Categories 5,6,7,8 it pays taxes.
At the same time we have an other group B, that pays taxes for all product categories.
thank you
Hi beachlizard, the group tax exempt option is global, not per category, sorry. Hope these informations can help you to resolve your doubts, for any other information you can contact the support at the appropriate channel:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/best regards
Hi! I have a pre-purchase question: is it possible to customize the registration form for resellers, with acceptance fields such as for example the acceptance of some clauses?? Thank you
Hi marcopictures, how are you? I hope so!
You can add custom fields to WooCommerce registration forms independently of WooCommerce B2B using the standard WooCommerce hooks. An example in this article:
https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/add-registration-form-field.htmlI hope this information helps to solve your doubts! Best regards
Hi team Code4lifeitalia.
Pre-purchase Question.
The same questions have been asked several times, but since it’s been a long time, I’ll join them to ask the question again.
In the demo your plugin is really very easy to use for novices.
I wanted to know if your plugin is compatible with the WCFM plugin WooCommerce Frontent Manager and WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace.
Thank you.
Hi Drisjohn, how are you? I hope so!
Unfortunately we have no direct experience with these plugins, nor information about them from our users, sorry.
In general, WooCommerce B2B complies with all WordPress/WooCommerce standards, so it has no problems with assets that comply with the standards in the same way
Hope I helped, best regards
Hi team Code4lifeitalia
Thank you very much for your quick and professional response.
You’re welcome Drisjohn
is this plugin works with mobile app, if yes can you suggest me one
Hi Bakuss, how are you? I hope so! We have no experience with this type of solution, sorry, I can’t give you advice. WooCommerce B2B is fully compatible with REST APIs, usually used for these scenarios, you should check with your designers, according to your project needs.
I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
Can the customer groups created be assigned to another custom WordPress user role? That way, they can benefit from other discount rules.
Hi enriqueguardia, how are you? I hope so! By default, groups can be assigned to the default customer role, but WooCommerce B2B has a special hook that allows you to extend it to other roles too, so yes, you can do it without problems
Hello, before purchasing the plugin I would like to know something.
- It can be increased by a ”%” to the real price of the product - If a percentage can be increased to the price, can it be assigned to a group of users? - You can assign that percentage increase to a specific brand or a few categories
Hi livefr, how are you? I hope so! No, it is not possible to increase prices, the option offered by WooCommerce B2B is “percentage discount” (therefore decreasing). It’s just a tip, but you could update the default prices by entering the highest and then set the percentage discounts per group (GUEST group for users not logged in), or set dedicated prices per product / group massively using default WooCommerce import/export tools.
Preorder question
We need a collections system where we create custom product lists for our customers. Like an advanced wishlist. Is this also a feature in your plugin?
Hi Chefen, how are you? I hope so!
Regarding the wishlist, WooCommerce B2B does not have this functionality as it is not inherent to the purpose of the plugin, sorry. Regarding “product lists” I’m not sure I understand your request, consider that WooCommerce B2B allows you to assign dedicated prices for each customer group.
You can see it working in the live demo:
https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/so you can compare it with the system you already use at the moment.
I hope this information will help resolve your doubts, best regards
