How can I change to another domain?
1. Export your old database tables to a sql file via phpmyadmin.
2. Then install a fresh copy of the app to new server (or new location of same server) using a new database.
3. Go to the new database and delete all tables.
4. Now import your old database sql to new database.

I have two questions before purchase. Should this script be put in the root of the hosting along with my website? How does the tracking work? Do I have to move the website inside a sitespy folder? Or do I have to put a sitespy code in the homepage of the website?
You can install your application your domain or sudomain or create a sub folder. For the tracking you need to paste the js code in your index.php file.
