I need a refund as your product is not up to the mark and doesn’t work properly, whenever I try to run the software within few mins the page gets blocked and then after i can’t use the software i contacted you mulitiple times and still you guys havn’t fixed the issue.
So please send me a refund as your software is of no use.

The software is not working first it started working gave 60 leads and then not working I tried to close and re-open the yelp site says the page is not available please fix the issue as your software isn’t working properly.

Looks like your IP is blocked by Yelp. Can you try temporarily changing it e.g., by switching to mobile hotspot?
If i use mobile hotspot it worked but again after few mins same page appeared and its not working why is this happening?

Happens between Chrome updates for a day or two, meanwhile you can choose to use another browser e.g., Edge or Firefox from Settings (top right).
