We don’t have option for manually ad placement, need to use Adsense AutoAds.

It will have issue. I don’t know about your existing application, but each script needs a different database structure, it’s not easy to mix 2 databases.
Also, it will have conflict in routes.
You will need to customize our script to make it work with your existing application.

At booting step, we can’t know that’s in admin or in front theme.
Actually, it just registers hooks, it won’t execute that code so I don’t think it has performance issue.
