No sir you cannot scrape from the other website, you can scrape data from google only by using different keywords or Locations as per your requirement Using a Proxy is totally up to you. You can scrape 5 to 10 thousand (max) data daily basis by using multiple keywords (maximum 20 to 25).

Nope, this does not need proxy by default and blocking/captcha is very very rare on this tool. However if you want, the app can make use of system-wide proxy. Usual speed (without emails) can be as fas as 1 result per second on a good internet.
