Hello! 1)According to the Envato rules, all products with a regular license can be used only for one end product/site https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard, except the situation when several sites are used for one project. Otherwise, a separate license is needed for each site. Therefore, if the domain and subdomain are sites of the same project, then one license can be used. 2,3) We or our clients have not identified any plugin impact on SEO or site optimization.

Good Plugin, but unfortunately the web tools feature of mozilla and I assume from the other browsers as well cannot be prevented. I checked to mozilla browsers, I opened the web tools and I just went to the arrow and point to the content and I can grab whatever I want from the inspector. I you could fix it, should be best.

Hi, i bought the plugin today, and it works great on window based platforms, but it doesn’t work at all with Safari. I can save the images on my site, can also drag to save. Just letting you know. If you can patch that, be super.
Hello! Please make sure all options are set to Ignore on Assignments settings and clear the cache on all levels. If the issue persists provide your site link to look at it since I can’t reproduce it on our demo.
Hi, i have not touch any of the assignments section (i leave it as default). i will clear the cache and see how it is. but i do notice this is inherently an issue exclusively on IOS only. on my device (an ipad), the same problem happens with both the safari and chrome browser. On android mobile devices, it works as intended (i checked Brave, Firefox, and Chrome)
Perhaps some app or extension is installed on your device to use sites content that the UnGrabber plugin cannot affect. Please check it because we still can’t reproduce the problem on iPhone or iPad.
i do not have any app or extension installed on my ipad that could messed with site content. unless you’re talking about the inherent setting from safari that somewhat functioned like an adblock. then idk. the plugin works fine on windows desktop, android phones, just not on IpadOS. i don’t use an iphone, so idk if that works.
Do you see the same problem on our demo https://ungrabber.merkulov.design/? If so, perhaps you will have the opportunity to test on some other iPad besides yours to make sure that this is not related to any specific settings or apps.
i couldn’t produce the same error on your demo when i viewed it on chrome and safari browser on my ipad pro. Perhaps its a setting for the plugin? i only wanted to make it hard to copy images not text (any text i wanted to protect are already converted to images, and those are the one i want to protect)
P/S: if i were to view your demo on safari browser (ipados) through codecanyon’s preview mode, i get a blank screen. idk if that’s also my end. but just letting you know.
We have all plugin options enabled on the demo. Therefore, if you turned off some of the settings, this could have an effect. Please provide a screenshot of your settings so we can check it.
In any way, there is no option that would allow you to separately prohibit the copying of images but allow the copying of text, it protects against copying of all content.
I see. The main reason i decided to buy the plugin was because when I read the documentation on https://docs.merkulov.design/ungrabber-2-0-wordpress-plugin-settings/ It specifically says “Disable Right Click Protect content from being grabbed by right-click menu(Browser Context Menu). When the setting is disabled, the option Right Click on Image appears that can disable mouse right click on image only.”
I just want to disable the images as mentioned previously.

Congratulations, great plugin. The money is definitely worth it. What I like the most is that if you open a tab beforehand with the inspect enabled and load the site, the plugin detects the open inspect tool and hides the content.

For some reason, when using Arc Browser, the site goes blank (even your site), I guess is detecting something and activating the protection, any ideas?
Hello! The UnGrabber plugin has option “Protect content if tab becomes inactive” that hide content if the tab has lost focus. For some reason, the Arc browser does not send focus events and the plugin recognizes the tab as inactive and therefore hides the content. You can disable the “Protect content if tab becomes inactive” option to work with the Arc browser.

Hello! The main purpose of the Ungrabber is to work with the regular browser functions. It can protect all your site pages(Including lessons, classes, etc) against copying using right-click menu, hotkeys, developer’s tools, selection and dragging. A user can open the Dev tool through the browser menu but the page code will still be unavailable.

We did not test the Ungrabber with the Tutor Lms Plugin, so I can’t say exactly how it works with the video added via this plugin. Depending on how the video is added, this interacts differently.

Well, I didn’t do anything. Safari Standart on the Mac does it easily and then I downloaded chrome which also does it easily and MS Edge does it easily too. I do not have to make any settings for it.
Weird, still can’t reproduce. Do you have any extensions installed that might affect this? Can you open a console and select the text on our demo and take a screenshot with the console?

Hello, If the ‘Text Selection’ option is disabled in the settings, but other functions are enabled, then for example in Chrome browser the user can select text, but cannot copy it, as it should work. However, in the dextop version of the Opera browser, as well as in all mobile browsers, this function does not work correctly, as when you highlight text in them buttons to copy the text appear. Can this be fixed in future updates? Otherwise a great plugin, thanks for making it.
Hello! The copy functions that are provided by Opera and iOS when the Text Selection option is enabled can not be regulated on our plugin side. That is, it can not be fixed because we can not influence this level of functionality. The best solution in this case would be to disable text selection.

Looking to buy this plugin, but AdGuard (The version you install on your mac – not browser based) – disables the plugin. Not sure if the browser version also disables the plugin. Will this ever be fixed?
Hello! The main purpose of the plugin is to work with the regular browser functions(blocking a right-click button, hotkeys, dev tools, etc). The plugin works fine with the AdGuard browser extension but is not provided to work with desktop extensions.
No worries, I’ll add this to my watch list and see if that’s ever added. The other popular content protector on codecanyon does block desktop ad blockers like adguard. I’ll keep using that plugin until this one is updated.
