Feature suggestion: Cross login capability of your products. So if someone has both this and 66biolinks and/or 66toolkit, to somehow cross link the user database, to create a single sign on (SSO) option. THis way users dont need to sign up multiple times

You can create your own notifications, but this would be fully up to you to follow the already existing ones and replicate the files / change them after. There is no such documentation, as this is custom work related.

I was wondering if you could help me out. I know you’re probably busy but I was trying to do this all night. I was trying to put an iframe to fill the html.
I was able to adjust the container size by editing the pixel.css (or whatever it was called) but the viewport for the iframe is still the same size.

As you can see the container size is right, but the iframe is staying the same size. I’ve even tried using “position: fixed;” in html to cover viewport but it still is not working.

From what I checked,
You must add the !important rule to the width, height CSS properties you’ve set.
You also must play around with the width, height rules of the parent elements of the iframe, via the code to make sure you set them as full width and full height.
Unfortunately, I do not have the exact answer to give you on this one, but maybe I have pointed you in the right direction.

Monthly users can downgrade and upgrade? If yes, when is it possible? Also, the user would stay in the old plan until the end of the month ?
About upgrade, if an user upgrades for a better plan, his impressions would go for zero again? And what about the upgrade cost.. he would pay the whole fee of the new plan or only the difference between the plans costs ?

When a user chooses to upgrade, he will get the new plan he paid for, the upgrade cost will be normal new plan price that he chooses.
When a user wants to downgrade, the best for the user price-wise is to wait for his current plan to end, and subscribe to a new plan.
There are no upgrade/downgrade plan price differences.
If the user is on a yearly plan, he can only cancel his current plan and choose another one.

Hello – we recently purchased the SaaS version of your product with the extended license. While I see many people have asked how to remove the “Powered by (AltumCode logo) AltumCode.” in the footer in which you did respond.
When we go to the documentation and the FAQ section under Resources and Pages, there is nowhere to remove the Powered by (AltumCode logo) AltumCode in the BACKEND of the software. This information remains in the footer in the backend.
Since this is a SaaS product to resell to our customers, can you tell us how to specifically remove the Powered by (AltumCode logo) AltumCode in the footer of the backend dashboard? Thank you.

The Powered by AltumCode text from the admin panel is something that usually is not changed, as you’re the only one using the admin panel.
You can change it from the themes/altum/views/admin/partials/footer.php file or remove it, as per your own needs.

For example, on the homepage, the sample notifications have your branding on it and this is something that is publicly viewed.

This is actually something that the vast majority of SAAS owners do not change, as again, this is a branding on the admin panel, which is completely harmless.
If there is a case, like yours, where you actually want that changed or removed, you can easily do it with the steps mentioned above, in under 2 minutes.
Regarding the notifications, that branding can be again, changed from the admin panel website settings page with ease.

Thank you for your response. With all due respect, I’ve purchased over 12 SaaS products on CodeCanyon for our business and NONE of the other products (not one) has the developers branding anywhere once we update our product info in the settings.
As far as the notifications, we’ve updated our information in the admin panel for the web settings page and the branding for notification is still there. Can you please share specifically where this is suppose to be changed in the admin panel?

I totally understand your opinion and respect it.
I also have over 9K customers throughout the years and I can confidently say that 99% of people do not change the branding in the Admin panel.
Once again, you can change that with ease, under 2 minutes with the steps I’ve mentioned, there is literally no limitation to you on this part. It is simply a default branding.
The front-end brandings, on the other hand, can be even more easily changed via the admin panel (footer and notifications branding).
