Hello, I’m not sure if you’re aware of this or not. From the New Shipment Creation page, when you try to add a new Sender/Customer, the phone number section is not working. I choose the country then when I enter the number, there’s a message in red saying “Undefined”. So I can’t save the new sender. I tried multiple accounts but samething.

For the Consolidation, should all the include shipments/packages belong to the same Sender/Receiver. Please help me understand the full process of consolidation.

It is over 4 days since I sent a ticket and comment, but you just skipped it and answer some others.
It is getting me frustrated.
You need to know that we don’t just come to ask for things to worry you it is a pain we need to settle. I even sent a reminder on the ticket, and there is no response.
Sir, there what we call first time response, if you won’t be able to solve the issue right away you should respond to the customer that I have receive your ticket and you will get solution at a time. Then at that time you resolve the issue and everyone will be happy.

brother, you need to get it together before you waste people’s time. I am getting frustrated att this point. You need to make sure the script works before you put it on codecanyon, i have been buying scripts on codecanyon for years. i’ve never had to deal with so many tickets, i am not the dumbest person to not understand and follow instructions.
Everything a customer asks you, you turn it into customization. Yes, some specific tasks have to be custom work. But if it’s something that was supposed to be a standard feature, you should at least try to implement it to make every customer happy> then they will keep buying support. By examples:
a-having the option to set separate rates for sea, air and roads is standard on most freight software. Because they all use different logics, air use real weight and volumetric weight, sea rates use either volume in cubic meter or cubit feet or real weight, road rates use weight or volume and distance is optional.
d-giving the option to have different branches/offices without the ability to know which branch or office receives the money from the customer is a big issue.
You need to improve these things to make the app suit the industry it was made for…. Of course, i know the app did not have those functions before i bought it, i am just giving you advice. Otherwise, your feedback rating will keep getting bad and you will lose your business/efforts and time spent on it. Unfortunately, most happy customers don’t take the time to rate and leave a positive rating here, but 95% of frustrated/unhappy customers will make time to leave negative ratings. (I won’t do it because as an entrepreneur myself, i can imagine how frustrated you may be as well)

Hello, how are you? You should know that in deprixa pro, the list of clients is stored in 2 tables, 1 for account details and the other for addresses. A different configuration should be made for your case if there are many clients when importing, but in reality the script is very easy to adapt and modify. in your support I would guide you how to do it
