Regarding PIX, the best would be to check this with Stripe. I personally do not know if it is available or not, as I never used it.

Okay so I found that info and deleted everything and reloaded the database and uploaded the zip file and when I went to install it said that i have reached the max number of installs with my license. I’m nor sure what I screwed up but i’m only trying to load it on my one machine. Thank you again,

I believe it can, but you have to keep in mind that if something comes up in future updates that requires higher versions, I can not guarantee it for the long term, as for now the base support is PHP 7.4 and mysql 5.7.3.
All webhost providers normally have a PHP switcher, and it is actually not normal for them to not provide you this option and be on a proper PHP / mysql version.

Well, that is a matter of the actual program, as the product exports it correctly. You can open it with a .txt viewer as well and you can see they have been properly exported.

1. Does these blocks plugins really updated? As mentioned by you in comment that you need to update the Block plugins. But there Last Updated date is mentioned as 4 July, 2022.
2. After updating to 25.1.0, biolink page gets completely blank when I try to edit content.
3. Also when a user or super admin try to remove a custom domain then it doesn’t work unless if I delete all the biolink pages created using that global or custom domain.
4. Global domain is not removable by super admin.

One of my user created two account on our website and want to use his same custom domain xyz.com on both of his account. but, he is not able to use same domain on 2nd account and his custom domain is diverted to “404 Not Found” page of our website

He point xyz.com A records to our IP address but still after 72hours xyz.com A record is pointing to his server IP not in our IP address. What should I suggest him now?

If he has xyz.com and has installed Wordpress on it, then if he points the cname or A record of xyz.com to you, then he can not have Wordpress on it.
You can not host 2 things on the same domain path.

I added addon domain i.e bio.xyz.com. but, ssl certificate is not installing on bio.xyz.com giving error of “DNS DCV: No local authority”. should he also have to add subdomain of “bio” through his control panel?
Unfortunately, this is not something that I could give more insight into, as it is more related to a server administrator / the webhost company that could help out on the matter regarding SSL certificates and such errors.
