Yes, now it’s loading 24 instead of 12. I have the “Limit Items” set to 0 that should show all available media. The iplayamerica instagram has hundreds of posts. Shouldn’t it be loading all of them instead of just 12 or 24?

If you mean proxy settings, it is very easy. You just need to indicate the proxy server URL in the “Proxy URL” field and the login and password separated by : in the “Proxy Authentication” field.
But there is another problem with proxy servers, almost all proxy servers are blocked by Instagram, so you need to choose the proxy server carefully.

The InGallery should load up to about 50 latest posts from the account/hashtag through our API server. And only others (if the limit is higher) are loaded from Instagram. So you need the proxy server if you need more than 50 posts per source.

Hello. The plugin has stopped loading images. It stops when it loads 12 and I have 30 set. The “Load more” button disappears, and the “Infinite scrolling” also stops at 12 images. A few days ago the bug was intermittent, now it doesn’t load any more images and it is independent of the number of images you configure in “Limit items” or in the “Maximum load items” configuration. Any suggestion? Thanks.

hi there, I have the plugin installed on our test site but the images don’t show up, just the description/comments. The images are showing as broken. It’s at the very bottom of the page, I chose the “circle” theme.

I don’t see that setting when I click on that album. if I click on the display tab, it only says show in popup or open link in ig in the display mode dropdown. where would that setting be?
Aha! I found the Settings link. It’s in the upper right of the main InGallery page. It’s a little hidden there but I changed the settings and now it works.

Hi, I noticed the feed wasn’t showing my recent posts. The latest post it was showing was from July 15 and there has been 9 posts since then that aren’t showing up in the feed. So I tried removing the plugin and re-downloading it and uploading it again. But now when I put in the settings the images aren’t showing up. It will show the hover of likes but not the image. The images are not loading, the hover with the likes show up. It looks like there’s other people with this same issue.

Hello. There is an error on Instagram size with the hashtags endpoint. We are waiting until they fix it. Meanwhile, if you have such option, you can use the account/accounts as the source instead of hashtag.
