Hello, how to update to new version 4.0 and newer ? Update checker indicates that there is no update needed, although v3.1 and 3.9 (pro) are installed, and manually update cause the loss of all the data of the color swatch (images associated to each varation). So what can we do to update to the newest version ? Moreover, I’m unable to obtain support since many months. Sign up on support forum does’nt work (the button “Create an account” is inactive), and I never received an answer to my emails… I need to solve an issue with the loading time on archives page. Your help would be appreciated.

- You can update plugin from Check for updates tab under IWP section. If you are using older version of the plugin then you will not find this option. In this case you will need to manually install the plugin again.
- There will be no data loss in manual installation.
- Customer support is available in the plugin with current update. You can create support ticket directly from the plugin.
- From your comment i can understand that you are using previous version of plugin, please update and check if loading time issue is resolved or not. Contact from Customer Support >> IWP Tab, if you find speed issues after update.

1- This plugin is bundle plugin (that mean if I buy this plugin its including 3 different plugins folder?) or it contain all three plugins feature in one plugin?
2- If option two; can I disable any feature which I dont want to use?
3- Can I test backend feature because I’m insteresting to buy for “additional gallery” feature and I’ve tried 2 different plugins but they leave lots to be desired.

- Before 3.0.0 plugin was bundled into 3 separate addons and 1 plugin. But due to customer requests on merging all addons (to manage their wordpress dashboard more easily) we have combined all addons and their features into one version after 4.0.0 update.
- Yes, you can disable any feature you do not want to use.
- Yes, you can use the demo sandbox to test the features by yourself first.

Sorry for the late response. You can activate plugin from your dashboard. You will find the update button on the front dash. Also you can enable auto updates.
There is a direct developer contact for plugin support in dashboard. Please contact via support ticket for customer support.
After installing plugin in your dash >> Try updating manually for first the time if you see 4.0.2
Current updated version is 4.0.3. Which will be again updated within few days to upgrade builder feature.

For plugin updates, You will see an update available notification in your plugins area after every release. You can enable auto updates too.
On major releases you will be notified via Email too.

Hello, Previously i contacted your technical team on support forum. they resolved the issue it was with compatibility of subscriptions plugin i was using. That time i agreed that i will upgrade to the pro version soon. I am looking to upgrade it to pro version but i have a problem that some of my products have about 30 plus variations on colors and sizes. I know that free version does not have swatches on archives but if i activate the pro version then i’ll end up with 30 variations on archives page. I dont want that. Also for product videos, i have all the videos on facebook. Can i post them on the product section via videos?

Glad that your previous issue was resolved.
About your issue here, Pro version has a limiter that you can use to limit the appearing variations on the archives page like 3 or 4 colors appear only. Plugin has sufficient customization options if you have large number of variations.
For videos, you can only attach videos from youtube, vimeo or self host. Facebook videos cannot be used in the video sections of product.

No, you cannot upload any file into our sandbox. To test compatibility you can use all themes and plugins available in the wordpress repository.
Only plugins and themes available in the repository can be used in sandbox. You are not allowed to upload 3rd party files. For this situation, you can use free versions of astra and elementor from wordpress but cannot upload the pro versions.
Also, i can confirm that our plugin is compatible with their pro versions.

Yes, you can simply disable it from plugins.
This was the only reason we separated some features in addons because many site owners do not use specific features. It can be disabled from plugin but it is better not to have additional load. That is why we parted some features into addons.

Is it possible to add “Gallery Images” in form of ‘Product Sliders’ at shop Page? so when user select one ‘variation’ then user can see all respective images of this variation at shop page itself . So user do not need to go detail page. Pl check following example.

Guys, the plugin makes it so that the item will not span the entire section on elementor. I just switched theme and it messed it up. I went back to custom child theme you gave us and still did nothing. Please help.

It must be compatibility or setup issue.
Make sure you have installed free version and all addons that are available in the package. I do not understand which additional option you are looking for.
If you want to add additional images then you will find add images tab under every variation. It must be a variable product first.
If variation swatches are not showing then you may need to activate the stylesheet from the settings. Some themes has their own stylesheet. In such cases you need to activate stylesheet settings from your backend.

Good evening, I checked the “Show variation swatches on filter widget.” but, in the widgets inside the sidebars only the colors are seen, while the sizes, even if set on button, are seen only as simple writings, while in the product sheet they are seen well.

I do not understand your query properly. Colors will be seen as color tabs and all the text will be shown as text.
The image that you send shows color tabs and text tabs. What further customization is required here, please can you explain? I will surely add that.

In the sidebar, the first problem is that the data is seen vertically, but should be seen horizontally.
The second problem is that the size numbers, I would like them to be seen as they are seen in the single product sheet, instead you can only see the numbers written, without graphic style.
