Videos must have a thumbnail to it. As you upload videos on youtube. There must be a thumbnail for every video. You need to add any thumbnail and attach your video to that thumbnail.

It is not possible to upload video without any thumbnail image. You can attach videos from youtube, vimeo and self host to your thumbnails.

To attach a video – Go to the gallery images > Open any image > You will find a video link in the bottom right corner.

This seems like issue related to misconfiguration of plugin. As i can see you do not have any additional gallery images on your product.

Please check both settings,

Thumbnail Image width from Addon 2 Settings & Gallery width for different device sizes from Addon 1 Settings.

You may be trying to change the main image sizes by using thumbnail settings. Gallery Image and Thumbnail images can be resized separately using this plugin.

Simply, Go to addon 1 settings > Adjust the screen sizes and it will be resolved.

2. Our plugin only customizes default look of the WooCommerce so it will not create any issue with site speeds. This plugin is completely compatible with Flatsome theme. Flatsome theme has different type of image gallery and product page design.

1. You can either use the gallery file of theme or the gallery file of the plugin as per your choice. Swatches part will work on both conditions. You can use our swatches with theme’s gallery or our gallery.

2. You can see the zoom in the demo, If you choose to use our gallery files and avoid flatsome theme’s gallery then your zooom and other gallery functions will work as shown in demo. If you choose to use flatsome’s gallery design then there will be no changes.

Note – Gallery part and swatches parts are different. You can choose between gallery parts from our plugin or your theme’s.

3. If vertical is chosen then vertical layout will be shown in all devices. You can customize this option furthermore if you are using Elementor as your theme builder. We have included this new feature in the last update that if you are using Elementor then you can redesign the template to show different types of gallery designs on different devices.

4. If you are using our gallery functions then other gallery images will be showed vertically or horizontally as shown in demo.

Note – These only implies to Flatsome theme as it has it’s own gallery design. All other themes that use WooCommerce’s default layout does not need to do any extra setups.

I purchased the plugin and I must say it seems you’ve done a great job.. at least with the variation image gallery which I wanted and I was most concerned about.

I got a couple of issues though with the swatches and could use your help. I’ve submitted a question here

There are only two possibilities here,

- You can use our plugin’s gallery layout completely as you can see on the demo.

- You can integrate only swatches to the product page and do not use gallery functions of the plugin.

Here is the explanation to your questions,

1. Yes, you can set and show different prices for each variations with our plugin. Default woocommerce shows a range of price (for example 90$ – 120$), with out plugin you can show exact value of the product when variation is selected.

You can give in the value from variations tab of your product.

2. I do not understand which limit? You can set a limiter on archives page to limit the appearing variations. There are no limits on how many variations you want to create for your product.

Hi, https://innovativewp.org/support/ is outputting an error – so I’m leaving a comment back on this thread.

The ‘IWP Gallery (Addon 2)’ plugin seems to be breaking the gallery on product pages:

- It works fine for Single Product Images & Variation Images

- When you add any images to the Gallery it breaks on product pages

- Seems to not be interacting with any other plugins, it still breaks when disabling everything except WooCommerce & the IWP plugins (works until I enable ‘Addon 2’)

- Doesn’t appear to be settings related

Our plugin does not show attribute descriptions on product pages automatically with default settings.

But if this is something you are trying to achieve then you can do this with help of tooltips. You can add attribute descriptions on tooltips as text or image individually for every product and variation.

Still if you want to use attribute description as it is in WooCommerce then please contact our technical team they will surely get you some customized solution.

Note : Some themes may show attribute descriptions on product pages by their customized layout, in these cases additional customizations are required.
