Users should not need to clear cache manually. It’s hard to say what was the cause exactly without seeing the issue.

This is already possible. You can right click on a track or album, then “share” and “embed”.
great, some questions, does the embed option that you mention give me the possibility of reproducing all the content of the site globally? that is, I can see a small player with the possibility of logging in and playing my playlist without it being just a song or a single album, that the subscription can be used, to have access to all the content, is it possible?
Embed will only have a player for that song or album. You could but the whole site into iframe though.

I support the concerns above about script author related bugs that we are being forced to pay for support before they are corrected. That being said, I have a few bug related concerns and these are not from our end but yours. It will be nice if they are corrected soonest because they do have an impact on the user experience. I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that fixing these bugs as soon as possible will be more appreciated than having us drag our users through a bug related issue for over 6months before we can gladly inform them that it has been corrected.

These issues seems ti be author based bugs and will be nice if 1,2,4 are treated with a little more urgency than wait 1 year for the bugs to be corrected.

Regarding 3, there’s no option to add extra menu slots currently, but you can add as menu new menus or menu items as needed.

1. Do you support any keyboard shortcuts for the music player? (I can map any kind of keypress to our remote controls – ideally, this would be configurable).
2. If the previous is possible, is there any way to implement rewind by x seconds via buttons/keypresses?
3. Is it possible to create playlists based on Youtube videos only? (to be used in specific classes)
4. I think we only need the Albums menu on the sidebar, so that our teachers can find the necessary album they need to play music. Is this possible?
5. Is a tree structure available (i.e. folders), or should this be implemented via Genres?
6. Are both WAV and MP3 files supported?
7. Is it possible to limit access to the platform only to predefined/named users (teachers in our case)?

There’s no option to remap keybinds in BeMusic itself currently (space and ctrl + left/right), but it could be done via some 3rd party app.

You can drag and drop multiple files onto upload window and select “Make an album when multiple files are selected” option.
Regarding radio, you can paste a url to live radio stream when creating or editing a track and it should work properly.

There’s no built-in option for this currently, it would require some custom modifications.
There’s no built-on option for those stripe fields currently in settings page, but they can be added fairly easily via some custom modifications, if needed. There’s not much point in including zip code or address by default, if there’s no shipping involved though.
As for update, it should be available sometime next month.

Regarding auto updating, you can set this up by editing a channel from “admin > channels” page.

I took a look through your portfolio of apps on CodeCanyon, and almost no apps have been updated since Jan 2022 (I believe one was updated in Feb 2022). I have seen some comments regarding how it is unfair not to update for 6+ months until support runs out and then require purchasers to buy additional support time. My support has run out and I normally buy additional support time, but the lack of updates on ALL of your portfolio makes me very nervous. I have purchased two other apps from you, but this is the most important to me. Before I purchase additional support, and so any other potential purchasers of this app will know, can you please confirm PUBLICLY that you plan to continue developing this app, continue to improve it, and release more than one update every 6+ months?

We are working on a rewrite of underlaying code for all our apps currently, so this update is taking longer then usual (We had some smaller updates in between to correct bugs though).
Regarding support, you don’t need to extend it in order to download updates.
I have no problem extending support every six months…BUT if there is only one update (or none) every six months and I have an issue installing the update or there is a legitimate bug which needs to be addressed, I shouldn’t be forced to buy additional support AGAIN just because the updates are timed where there is no other opportunity during the normal support period to address issues…especially when it is a bug by the author. And I have seen many posts where authors respond by saying “the support period has expired” even though a new update has bugs and is only released outside the 6 month initial support period. I absolutely DO think it is unfair if someone has purchased your app during the past 6 months, you’re working on a large code overhaul (which is likely to include include bugs). You should allow additional support (whether informal or not) for your new code overhaul regardless of Envato “policies.”

Regarding support, we are not able to provide it if support is expired on CodeCanyon due to envato policy as I mentioned. It’s not something we can just ignore unfortunately.

I have recently downloaded a fresh package of the script from codecanyon, and it seems that no matter which lyrics provider I choose, with “Enable Certificate Verification” enabled and disabled, lyrics are not loading. I even went and selected “view lyrics” permission under roles for “users” and still its saying unable to find lyrics for song. was working perfectly on previous installation.
and now my support is expired, so I dont know, can you maybe confirm that its working on your side from a fresh install from codecanyon?
