Hello, when I add customers to specific group called BlackList and for this clients I want to automatically set appointment status as Rejected when they make reservation. Everything works fine appointment status is automatically changed for this clients as Rejected, but it’s not sending email notification for Rejected status to clients and worker (I’ve tried also other types of automatically set appointment statuses but no notification for any type of automatically set status). Please verify. Thank you.

What’s the point?
I have spent months going back and forth with Kate (not sure if you are the same person) from support about various issues, and here’s what I keep encountering:
Half of my issues are ignored. I receive links to articles I’ve already read, which do not answer my questions. I get emails saying that what I’m asking is not supported and to leave it in the suggestion box. I guess it’s time to look for alternative software.
For those considering Bookly:
The system is good if you have the technical skills to figure it out, but customer support is terrible. They won’t help or even answer simple questions. You won’t be able to get someone on the phone, and there are no recommendations on how to set things up. It’s just you and some online videos, which are somewhat helpful, but there’s no way to resolve anything beyond that.
My question here is an example of this issue.

Hi! I would like to set up so that customers can add the event to the google calendar after ordering. I used a script for it, but the date is formatted incorrectly. Is it possible to convert it somewhere in the code?
My working hours are set from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., but even so, the client will only allow the last reservation at 5:00 p.m., even if there is still space. Services last one hour. It simply won’t allow clients to register for the last hour, even if the whole day is empty. Could you please help me? Thank you, have a nice day.

HI, is there a way to assaying a costumer to two groups, for example I am creating groups based on services and assigning a service to a certain group of costumers, this was if a costumer is from group A he will only see services offered to group A and so on, but there are costumers who are subscribed to multiple services and I wasn’t to assign them to two groups.

This is possible with the Bookly Customer Groups Add-on, accessible at https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000201873-Customer-Groups-Add-on. This add-on facilitates the creation and management of Customer Groups, serving various administrative purposes. It enables advanced sorting of customer lists based on loyalty, appointment frequency, provided information, and interests, and allows targeted promotions and service visibility adjustments based on customer group. For instance, the Service Awesome feature becomes exclusively viewable and bookable by the Awesome Customer Group.
I just wanted to clarify how Bookly works with scheduling. It’s all set up on a weekly basis, so when you create schedules for your staff members, those schedules remain consistent week after week. The time slots available in the booking form are based on these schedules, and how the hours are divided and displayed in the form depends on the time slot length you’ve chosen.

Hi, I do know all that but still that doesn’t answer my question: is there a way to assign one costumer two groups? I have costumers who paid for two services and I am assigning each service to a group, so I want costumer X to be from group 1 and 2 as well, right now it only allows me to assign only one group to each costumer, is there a solution to that? I can make a service appear to two groups but can’t make a costumer part of two groups. The temporary solution which I found now is to create a third group that includes the two services and asagin it to costumers who paid for the two services but that solution won’t be effective if I have more than two services, I will start making groups that include all possibilities like this: Group for service A and B, groups for service A and C ….. etc. This is not an effective solution, is there another way? Or is it only accessible from the code?

Hello! Can I change the order of the Bookly Step-by-Step Form? Because I want users to login (step Customer, currently nr 4) and THEN see the services for their customer group (which is currently nr 1). This is to hide and order the columns, it should a basic filter where it filters out customers of that specific group, example if i want to find active group customers it should filter and show x number of active customers and vice versa., You have similar functionality in appointments section where you can filter by location, customer, status and etc., Please provide a possible solution.

I recently purchased this plugin but I’m having issues adding customers.
When I try to create a customer and then add them to a group, it doesn’t create the customer but when I don’t add them to a group, bookly creates the customer.
