The plugin seems not to be well maintained. There’s bugs appearing in log when you turn it on.

We have installed this plugin on a website with a WordPress block-level Cart and Checkout page. After adding the Quote Request payment gateway, we are unable to see this option listed under the payment options.
Could you please advise which code block we need to use to display it under the payment options?

Yeah, but for the pdf file upload you need another 3rd party plugin.

1) The quote payment option is only visible in the checkout, for the other sites you need to use custom text in your template for example.

How does your plugin work when you need to add the freight cost to the order? I looked for this information in your plugin’s documentation, but I couldn’t find it. I know that shipping can be calculated directly from the cart and I’m going to use another plugin for that, but I’d like to know if the shipping amount is inserted into the quote as well or not. How does your plugin behave in this case?

Yes of course that is inserted the same. Before approving the quote, you can also modify the costs in backend.

Hello i purchased your plugin but it is not working as showing in video. I can’t see Approve quote or decline quote in order right hand side action dropbox.
Even in My account it does not show Order & Quote as video. Only shows as Order.

Hello, when we look over the plugin documentation, it shows that it has an option to set “Exclusions” conditions for products or product categories. However, if we install the latest version, it does not show this menu option. The only options we have are:
1. General 2. Enquiry Button 3. Texts 4. Limitations 5. Advanced settings

right now we only haven an exclusion option for user roles, that can be found below “limitations”.

Das ist leider aktuell nicht automatisch möglich. Sie müssten nach einem bestimmten Zeitraum das Angebot zurückändern.

Pre purchase question mostly – I’ve been scouting around for a request a quote for shipping to trigger when no shipping methods are available and I’ve really come up empty on all fronts. Is there anyway we could trigger the plug-in to show the request a quote option when this condition is met only?
If not perhaps I can lodge it as possible feature request for the future maybe?

You can change this when you edit the payment gateway in WooCommerce settings.

Hello! I liked your plugin. I have few presale questions, please advice.
In your plugin 1. The demo shows that it actually changes “Add to Cart” into “Add to Quote” and at the checkout customer has option to request a quote. Am i right?
2. Can we hide or remove the price of such products from the product page as well as on other pages? And just show “Add to Quote” button only?
3. Any possibility in your plugin that we can show both or single buttons “Add to Cart” and “Add to Quote” beneath.
Example: (ie: if the product is in stock we show it with our price and display “Add to Cart” button only. And if the product is not in stock or price keep changing then we display “Add to Quote” button without pricing).

1) yes correct
2) Not by default, but we can help you with some custom CSS or you use our catalog mode plugin for that.
3) No you can only have one cart button as we use the WooCommerce cart functionality.
Maybe our catalog mode plugin for WooCommerce is a better choice as it allows you showing 2 buttons.

In the checkout page, the Checkout Button’s text will change back to Place order when I click on the Quote Request(input radio) several times. Hope to solve the problem, thanks!

Do you have short code option? For example if I need to use the button on home page, is there any short code where I can pass product id parameter and this would show popup and capture the response with that product’s ID?

In this case please use our catalog mode plugin for WooCommerce which supports this.
I wanted to create a shop where Custumers can request the stuff thats in the Cart. So I buyed this plugin, Installed and activated it. But it doesnt work, Custumers are still able to buy things and dont have the option to request things. The Plugin didnt change anything at my Shop. Is there anything i did wrong?

The button text can be changed in plugin settings .

You mean in cart or checkout? Have you checked the payment method options?
I mean at checkout. When I choose “request a quote”, the button changes from “confirm the order” to “request a quote”. I would like to translate this into French. I just checked in the payment methods and I haven’t seen this setting …

Hello,
you do not need any catalogue plugin. You can put a 0 price for your products and use our request quote plugin to replace the add to cart. All themes / plugin are supported.
