How many API calls it will be triggered each service from mobile app to Google server for fetching the MAP details? Geocoding API Maps JavaScript API Places API 2) In my school totally 30 buses are operating daily and 300 students using this application. What will be the overall monthly expenses?

Thanks for your interest.
Google counts every map load. So if you open the app 10 times, this will count as 10 map loads. Not that using the apps is counting for only the Android maps API only.
But please note that I integrated the Mapbox in the last version. It is much cheaper as it gives 50000 loads for free per month. So if you do not want to use Google maps at all, you can do this with the last update.

Hello good job but I have a few questions and suggestions if possible. 1..how will the driver know if student a is going to school today or not? In here either driver has a stopping place on the map or if a user like a student or a parent clicks the bottom on their app to let the driver know they want him to stop in station A. The driver can see it on his dashboard.
2.. I think it will be great for each student to have a QR Code with user details like an ID for the driver to scan or check in the person that looks for the student’s name from 100s of the student? 3.. Why not make it so parents can see how many minutes the bus is away from the parent in real time? Or it’s there but im not able to see it? Thanks let me know if any of this is possible?.

1- Yes the parent can mark any of his children absent today from the parent app. The driver will know from the children screen in his app.
2- Yes it is possible.
3- Good suggestion. The parent app already has a notification system that allows the parent to receive a notification when the bus arrived or close by a specific distance. But I will think about your suggestion in future update.

Thanks,if you can add those features people will buy your scripts more because there is not many school bus system like yours.
If parents can see the time like 5min away as the bus closer the time on the screen change will be amazing here we have that. U wait for the bus and u see the time he will be arriving at your station.
Also, if the admin can mark google my map and users to access that will be great meaning the admin can put a pin on the location and name them a bus stop so every parent can go to that location and wait for the driver rather than the bus driver going to each parent home.
I can help u with the idea of how the bus app in Europe is popular because of its features so for it to work well in Asia, the middle east and Africa it needs to have certain features. Because me if you add that addon or updates your code will attract 1000s of buyers.
Here to avoid fraud they have a live QR code which I don’t see no-dev in code is common dev that kind of QR code. Live code means once u activate it the lifetime and date start counting down. For example student book 1 month’s tickets the time will count down each time he open the app to show the driver this is a real ticket or identity

Actually, I find this very strange. Your developer can follow the documentation to set up the app and connect the app with the admin panel, database, set up the app(like app name, color), set up ADS, etc. and he can not find “Generate Signed Bundle” In Android Studio? This option is under the build menu in the Android Studio.

1-to set driving zone for each drivers
For example: if you choose Japan or an area with a radius of 50 km from Tokyo, Parents will not be able to order a chauffeur outside of this criterion. 2-GEOFENCE Super Admin can create the driving area for each drivers and use it –
3-GEOLOCATION / WIDGETS the admin can choose which server will handle the requests. All these functions can be turned off if they are not needed.
4-CUSTOM AND DEFINED LOCATIONS Super Admin can impose certain fixed locations and narrow down the selection only to them. He has the option to set the parents to be able to add their own intermediate stops (waypoints) to the route.
