Hi Team, I am very interested in couple of your plugins including this one. Quick pre-sales question on this one. I see that you added WCFM Multi Vendor Support. Is it the same for Dokan Multi Vendor? Also, is the plugin going to be regularly updated as I see the last update was in August 2021?

Well we only added some items from WCFM, but can do it for dokan for free too. However this is only for the my account of woocommerce. Not the dashboard of a dokan vendor.

Thank you for your answer. We now had everything perfectly adjusted and it worked – as far as you can say that. There is no way to configure the Dashbord site. And there is no responsive for mobile. On Mobile, and more than 90 % of our cutomers come via mobile, it looks terrible. So if you have a nother information for us please let us know. We delete you plugin from our platform already. Please book the money back. We hereby withdraw from our purchase. We ask for your understanding. But the promise that it is the best tool for customizing customer accounts just doesn’t correspond to the facts.

Thanks but I don’t want to have to install an additional framework plugin on my site, after installing the plugin the “my account” section doesn’t work well and I don’t want to send you access to my wrodpress or have to call the hosting to enable international access. I already bought another plugin that does the same, i request a refund again. Thanks.

You have to disable “Show Tabs in Dashboard” checkbox in general settings section.
Hi there,
Today I bought the Wishlist plugin for WooCommerce and I almost immediately got an update for the plugin. I installed it and after that my webshop changed. The front page didn’t show the things it did before and Elementor crashes when I try to open it. On the pages itself edit with Elementor doesn’t even show in the topbar. When I deactivate the plugin everything goes back to normal.
It would be great if you could check this out and fix the bug that causes this. Thanks in advance!

There’s no text fields and the text fields that are there already have headings in them
Are other pages showing the title? Maybe your theme has removed them? Can you ask your theme devs?

Hello.
Unfortunately the editor option of the new tab (don’t not know why) is not compatible with wordpress shortcodes. To be more exact, I have also this plugin installed – https://codecanyon.net/item/sumo-memberships-woocommerce-membership-system/16642362
This creates a custom my account registration that your plugin doesn’t recognize. And this link is always shown last (my client wants it above).
So I tried to hide that and show the content that is meant there throught the plugin shortcode, in another tab made through your plugin – this doesn’t work.
However, a simpler (and better for other users) would be if your plugin would be compatible (and detects) the account extra (custom) tabs made by these 2 very popular plugins:
