Hello, A question before i buy, it’s posible to make a quote and then send the booking link once the quote is accepted by the customer? Thanks

There is a bug with the availabilities on any day immediately before or following a booking block, when show pickup/drop off times are disabled in RnB settings.

Though those dates should be available, and the user can select them, you then get the error “Sorry the product is not available on the selected dates” despite there being no other bookings, or blocks on those dates.

I have raised this in a ticket and had no useful response from them other than to say update the plugin, when I have already informed them I am on the most recent version of the plugin, woocommerce and wordpress.

Basically if you want to use the plugin with just days and no times it will not work.

I have some questions before buying as already I have seen the demos:

1. Is there a feature that for example, if a customer already booked something at 10am, then the other customer can not book at 10 am?? As maybe in hourly and some more feature, its unavailable

Also, can the same user do multiple bookings at the same time/ there can be restriction?

2. SAR (Saudi Riyal) pricing can be set ?

3. Plugin is linked to checkout and other required pages ? As I have extra features in my checkout , so I will be able to use them ? And when payment is done does it provide information about the payments/ order status ?

4. Interval can be set so that if a customer buy at 10 am so the next customer should buy at 10:30/10:40 am?

5. As seen in demo, we can add categories and resources, so basically can sell as a package ?

6. Can change the name for example “pick up date” to “Delivery Date” ? Can change min and max booking days and hours ? For some products/ categories can we turn “on” and “off” the feature of for “return date and time” ?

Thanks for the detailed feedback, so it means we can not fix blocks like one time for one customer only? like 10 am for one one customer booking only, as we dont have enough team to deliver products to multiple destinations/ customers at same time, we were looking to have a feature that can do that.

HI It will require a lot of additional code customization and we do not have developers free to do custom work. You will have to hire developers from other sources.

Hello, we use ‘hourly’ pricing model as we list rooms.

Is there an option in your plugin where you set ‘maximum booking hours’ or ‘minimum booking hours’, similarly to what you have for daily pricing?

When we set ‘hourly range’ pricing there no option to restrict or notify customers not to book over the bookable range.

I have already purchased this item’s for Package Rental Product Functionality but i have some question & my client requirement so please check below client want for he’s existing website so can we customized all the below things using by RnB – WooCommerce Booking & Rental Plugin ?? so please let me know ASAP.

Features: Create package functionality where the admin can create different packages with the specific products. Linking all the product calendar in order to fetch real time data for availability. A Warning message will be shown at the time of renting any package if any of the products is not available for that day/days. Users can see whether the selected package is booked for the day or some products are booked. Admin can add products to any package very easily from the same Admin Panel.

We have a functional website renting film equipment using WooCommerce and a plugin called Rentals for woocommerce. Currently, you can rent individual products and that functionality is good. There’s a calendar, there’s the ability to upsell, etc.

Problem: You can only rent individual products.

Solution: We would like to have the ability to create and rent out packages of equipment. This allows us to book off large amounts of equipment all at once to clients, and to save us significant amounts of time (instead of booking out individual products).

Example: Camera, lenses, tripod all rent individually. I would like to be able to package called, Example 1 Package that would include all three of these products into a package we can rent out. This will take each of these three items out of the ability to be able rent individually to users on the dates the package is rented.

Criteria: - I would like the ability to rent out packages EVEN IF items are missing from these packages because they’re rented in another package or rented individually. – This will require a warning to the user that there are missing items and to contact us BUT I’d like the ability for either the user to go ahead and rent at this point (ONLY for packages, not for individual products) – I would like the user to know if the whole package is booked out with a slightly different warning. This package is booked out this day OR if the whole package is booked, it won’t let the user choose that day like it currently does for individual products. - I would like these packages to have all the features, design ability through elementor, and organization the same as the individual products - I need the individual products calendar to remain as it is, not showing dates individual products are rented out (individually or through packages) - I would like to continue using woocommerce, if you need to replace the rental plugin that is fine, just let me know and keep the functionality the same or better - I would like packages easy to create, so perhaps a list of all the products we have and I can just check each one we want to put in the package? - Can we add packages in packages?

Is there a possibility to configure: 4h booking (or “half-day”) with only the “half-day” price, not possible to take 3 or 5 hours 1 day booking (pickup in the morning, dropoff in the evening, so if it is 8-12 hours of rent, just calculate 1 full day) multiple day booking

And also, does the plugin offer some shortcodes to put on the mainpage (date picker and quantity chooser for example)

Hi unfortunately we do not have admin demo available for this item. Also our plugin is a rental plugin only delivery is handled by woocomemrce. So you will need to check woocommerce for delivery related query.

I think there are some bugs in this plugin. It does not function for hourly bookings, keeps displaying “per day” even though everything is set to hourly pricing.

I have defined a work hour in the inventory and enabled quantity, but the plugin keeps calculating daily prices.

I’ve made a woocommerce rental site and am trying to get Klarna to work with it. Klarna’s support says that I need to provide them with “Extra merchant data”.

They’ve provided me with a code snippet, that I’m supposed to adjust. Since it’s a rental site, the extra data Klarna requires is the start time and end time of the rental. So part of the code looks kinda like this:

event_company = Badabaljan start_time = rental start time? end_time = rental end time?

So I’m guessing I need to somehow connect the code snippet to the rental calender I’m using. I’m guessing the rental calender outputs a start and end time of the rental when the woocommerce order is created. The question is, how do I get hold of the output code that tells the system when the rental begins and ends? I need to adjust the code so that after the = follows the right code.

Hi it looks like you are trying to implement multivendor site. Please note we do not have multivendor support for our plugin and will require a lot of additional code customization

I’m not trying to create a multivendor site.. I’m trying to implement the Klarna payment method to the site that is using your calendar plugin. I just need to know what code reflects the start and end time when you make a rental purchase through the rental calendar. Can you help me with this?

Hi, I have been using your plugin for a couple of years. What is happening is someone will go through the process of booking and then during checkout, they change their mind. This causes that day to be blocked out from others. I need to be able to not block out date until payment has been completed, or not until the admin has approved the order. Is this possible? thanks

Hi we have checked and did not find such issue. the blocking is for the user who already added the product to the cart. For other users it is not blocked.

This solution won’t work. If I add 1-1 0 and 2-999 (for example 115€) the system calculate for 5 days 575€ (I also own seasonal pricing) The price should be 460€.

Is there a way to change the owner email address based on the pickup location? So that for pickup location AAA, the email gets sent to AAA@owner.com, while for location BBB to BBB@owner.com?

In the demo I have seen that the 24 hours are always calculated according to the time of collection, if I collect at 11 am the 24 hours, i.e. the day is calculated by 11 am the next day. Thank you!

Hi you can remove the collection and delivery time and use the dates only if you do not have any time requirements.

1) Can a hotel booking be counted by days? 26/04 – 28/04 = 3 days * price (so no night counting) -> i believe the answer is yes

2) Can i give 5% discount if the booking is more then 30 days?

3) Can i give a discount per person. Say base price is 12 euro / day for 1 person, for 2 person. it is 20 euro (so -4 euro), for 3 person it is 28 euro (so -8 euro) – it is a 4 euro discount per extra person.

4) A calendar is attached to it listing all rooms and reservations in it?

5) When a client books – the admin needs to click a confirm button before it is accepted?

6) Can we work with a 30% pay in advance?

hello, in new version update feature “Qtip/Tooltip” on RnB Calendar has gone. I think this feature is usefull for me. :D

yes we have removed this and instead of it we have added color level at the top
