The message should be self-explanatory, check your CSV file, most likely you’re missing columns, or they are empty. Export one of your lists to see how the headers must look like, then correct your csv file.

If your VPS has a SMTP server already, then you can simply generate a SMTP account (user, password, etc) and use them inside MailWizz and send as many emails as your SMTP server allows, which would be unlimited since it’s your own VPS.

Make sure you flush your browser cache for a start. Then, in backend > settings > cusomization, make sure no skin is selected for any of the apps.

If your images don’t load in certain clients but do in others, it means your emails don’t land in the inbox, so you should run a test at mail-tester.com and see what you can improve. This isn’t something MailWizz can fix for you.

If your autoresponder is using segments, then you can simply edit the subscriber and modify the field used for segmentation. If you aren’t using segments, then the only way is to disable/remove the subscriber from the list, not optimal, I know, but that’s the only way.

It would not be ideal for them to implement a button to stop sending autoresponder campaigns to a subscriber.

Can this program use nginx? Is the translation of the program using .po files?

Yes, MailWizz works just fine with nginx, you’ll need to add some rewrite rules to your nginx configuration, see: https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/nginx-server-basic-configuration-for-mailwizz/
The translations in MailWizz are done directly inside the application and they can be exported/imported in php files not po files.

Yes, you can add custom fields in MailWizz. If your CSV file contains these fields, MailWizz will import them as custom fields for your list.
We don’t support excel imports, nor it is planned, but you can convert your excel file into CSV and import that.

1. That is a huge number of emails. You will need multiple servers not just one. My advice would be to run it under kubernetes or any different orchestration software. Separate web servers under a load balancer and separate database cluster. You can look into tidb as a scalable mysql/mariasb replacement.

That’s correct, that’s the price of doing large scale business. Since you will be using a single database, replicated, then the blacklist will be the same.
MailWizz can process as much as the hardware allows, so really, mailwizz isn’t the limitation factor here.
