We’re having a problem others have encountered, where we get a “We couldn’t find any results!” error when we try to apply any filters within the List and Filter menu. Even when a category should return multiple listings, we get zero results.

The numeric distance filter works, but anything related to text/character values – the sorting feature, taxonomy/category filter, and custom field filters all produce no results.

We appreciate the help!

I am wondering how many objects on map are supported in Progress Map? I am about to build an website with 500 points, 100 polylines and 25 polygons. Will Progress Map be good for that purpose? Does it have any performance issues/limits regarding the number of points on the map?

1. Is it possible to import data from a CSV file? 2. I was wanting to import the UK Counties as predefined areas – this is widely available, however I’m not 100% sure how to convert these to Polyon Paths – how would this work?

I’ve configured the plugin “Progress Map, List & Filter” but I’ve noticed that most of the time the filters don’t work. I get the message “Loading…” and it stays there with the results behind, but the user is not able to do anything.

I’ve read other comments and tried disabling jQuery Migrate or Lazy Load, but neither seems to work.

Right now I’m working on a test site, which can be visited with a password, but I need to publish it as soon as possible. I’d appreciate any help you can give me! Thanks!

Hi, I purchased your plugin Progress Map with List&Filter. We’re using it on the page http://sladkuvbedekr.weby-na-miru.cz/mapa-pivovaru/ and it’s works quite fine with two exeptions:

We created our custom taxonomy, as you can see on the page (with plugin https://cs.wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-types/ ). All the taxonomies in the filter is finally working even with double range. For this we created our custom field for year of foundation (see the screenshot):

In the posts we inserted the year (four-digit number everytime):

And it’s working fine in the filter (with two problems desribed below):

Problem 1: The filter range for the double-range field variant is a little bit bigger than real data. Eg. visitors are now able to filter year of foundation bigger then 2022, which is not right, of course. Another direction has the same problem. Problem 2: The filter is using coma to thousands divider – in Czech we’re using no character or space for this and coma is used as decimal coma. So the year looks like decimal number. But we didn’t find any such settings in the plugin. Problem 3: How to display decimal numbers, like e.g. 0.6? We have another double range field for brewery capacity and the decimal number is not working. The custom field type for this is number, of course. If we put to some post e.g. 0.8 (with dot as decimal value) the double range field dissapear from the filter totally. With numbers only (without decimal part) is working fine, just with two problems described abowe.

HI, i have buy list & filter and i use it for list of property. I use custom fields to indicate the location of the apartment and the number of beds. I need to insert icons next to each custom field. I tried to insert the icons by inserting the html command inside the shortcode * To add a label, use [t = YOUR_LABEL] but it show the html text … is there any way to fix this? thanks

You can see there are only 3 posts and there are custom fields which are relevant to all 3 posts… such as 3 bedroom, garage, semi-detached 250000 – 300000.

Alos am i able to change the order of the custom filters? As clicking the up/down arrows arent working.

Hi,I bought your plugin to filter vacation rentals. For each post I have a custom field that indicates the number of guests that can sleep in each holiday home. Now when I insert the custom field Number of guests as a filter, he rightly shows only the results that have the exact value, example: if I set the filter for 2 guests, he will show me only and exclusively the houses with custom field value of 2 excluding those with 3, 4, 5, beds … is there a way to show all the houses that have at least 2 beds …? I don’t know if I made myself clear ….

with the last updates you fixed some problems that caused no search results for costum fields. After the fix all worked fine.

Now I do have simular problems – it seems to be a bug. When selecting a Costum field option of one of the following 5 Costum Fields, no filter action will be performed: (https://www.worldmoments.org/es/lugares-mas-hermosos-de-colombia/)

The following 5 filters are costum fields at this website. - Region - Ciudad - No afuera/Al aire libre - Precio de la entrada - Duración de la actividad

For a Taxonomy (Perfil de actividad) it works for exact one option, it filters but I cannot select 2 taxonomy items at the same time – then no result is shown. I remember that I could select 2 items at the same time before.

If I switch to the Englisch page, the Taxonomy filters again for one option, but the map does not longer show the palaces. For 2 options and Costum fields no filter is working.
