Hi, I got 3 licenses from you, and the setting shows how I can make a change in one license. I want to make it now and it does not work. You say I can send and email if this feature fail, and I did that.

Your ridiculously short support has expired – what am I supposed to do? You need to fix the bugs in your plugin before only offering such short support!

When you bought license originally months ago at that time you knew about everything. And the such low price we have kept accordingly as there is 6 months support. so, you enjoyed cheap price right?
So, i understand that you would want that you never have to pay but if we go by that approach then you will have to much higher price from beginning and not every customer will agree with that. For current price if we keep providing support even after support period is expired then we will never be able to bring updates as we that will remain affordable.
I hope you can understand now.
I certainly do NOT understand – I don’t think 20 dollars is a low price to pay for a plugin that isn’t working half the time. Especially if I can’t get the support I need when it breaks.
Sorry but unfortunately if you do not want to spend that does not mean we can do it for free. But yes if its some kind of bug then surely will be fixed in upcoming release.

Can tables with your plugin be translated with WPML? I don’t want to have to dupicate tables, I only want to translate strings.

Presales Question: – Is it possible to create a comparison pricing table with ‘Show More’ / ‘Show Less’ toggle button in each column only for mobile and tablet screen sizes? On Desktop show the full table with all columns and rows, but on mobile and tablets, show only 3 rows and then on clicking the ‘Show More’ button it will show all rows and on clicking ‘Show Less’ it will collapse and again show 3 rows. Before purchasing, I am looking for a solution to this problem I encountered in the free version. My problem is below.
When adding a row, it also adds a row to the side table. When a row is deleted, it also deletes rows from the other table. How can I prevent this? I want the number of rows in my tables to be different. As an example, I took the video below.

Please note that adding and deleting row simultaneously on every column is not an issue but it’s implemented intentionally to maintain every column heights.
However, Premium version provides an option to ‘Hide Blank rows from bottom’, with this option you can hide last rows which does not have any content in it so that in the front-end it’ll be hide.
For eg., if your pricing table have 10 rows in each pricing table columns and if one of them has only 8 rows filled from top and 2 last rows are empty then this option will hide those empty rows from the bottom so it’ll display different rows for that columns.

Yes, hover effects are intentionally disabled while enabling column rotation as both options could not be enabled simultaneously due to some limitations.

As we are taking so little fees for plugin and giving life time free updates and on top of that giving 6 months support too.
