Great plugin and I would definitely be tempted to purchase it. Just a couple “wishes”: 1) Would be nice if there were some sort of “unread message” marker on the order list for orders with new messages that have not yet been reviewed or responded to; 2) would be nice if there were an easier way for customers to submit order messages rather than having to manually go into their account, open their order, and scroll down to the message box. Most will never bother to do this and will just send an email. Perhaps there should be a way to pipe emails into the system, or have a dedicated url with a form for submitting order requests. I know these features are not available out of the box, but would your plugin allow for such customizations?

No it won’t work unregistered customers as there is no way that they can see their order list can do the communication on their orders.

2) I need to check how email notification works. I tried your Demo, I made order #367, I sent some messages but I didn’t received the email notification for the customer, why? I received the “processing” and “completed” emails.

3) The email notifications contains the link to download the attachments? And the text message, I suppose.

4) I need to sent email notifications for the messages sent by the Customer to more than one recipients (i.e. shop-manager01@example.com, shop-manager02@example.com), they are not the “Administration Email Address”. Is it possible? I did’t see this option in WooCommerce email settings.

—> It works really fine, if you have created your order with your email address then when admin sends the message then as a customer, you will receive the message on email notification.

I have an important question before buying. Is there any way I can display the customer who asked the question in the order list? There are a lot of orders, but there is no way to know which customer asked a question on the list. Once this is resolved, I would like to purchase your awesome plugin.

Only 1 customer gets attached to the 1 order so there’s no such confusion for the customers that who messaged in the order. Hope you understand it now, its the order communication between the admin and the customer who has ordered. Also on the backend orders page, you can see the name of customer via WooCommerce only.

Your notification email template uses “hi $customer_email” as a start, do you have documentation listing all the strings so that I can check and change it? Where can I find the documentation?

Sharing information is not “support”, but basic service. If I ask you to change the E-mail template for me, that’s called “support”. Now I am just asking you to share information for me to work on the template by myself. I think the reason you have an email template is to allow people to change it, no? If yes, a documentation with necessary information about the template is a reasonable.

All email template gets changed as per the WooCommerce standards and the way is displayed on the email template as well. But you mentioned to change the variable there which is related to the development part and you need to purchase the support so we can help you.

Hey, right after my support expired plugin stopped working. Instead of sending the message it shows unstyled pure HTML order page. What could cause that?

Hello, no sort of filter to show requests with messages awaiting response? It seems to me a failure not to show notification in the order list showing orders with messages from customers, if I receive 50 orders a day I will never know who is sending messages to us. Sa the new message notification is via email only this looks like a glitch.

No, customer has to reply from the communication box only.

I have a problem, when chatting with admin using mobile site. When I press send messages, the conversation UI gone except the header ” Woocommerce conversation etc etc”.

I have “Please login at {site_url} to respond to this message. The sooner we get your response, the sooner we can get you in” in Additional Content of the Email template, and it is not appearing in the received email.
