Someone deleted the items that were automatically added to my account after I made the purchase.
Minutes after downloading my purchase codes and one of the purchased items my account was locked. So I submitted a help ticket and was told that the account was locked for security.
It turned out after I was given access to my envato account that the purchased items were removed from my account, they were no longer in the download area,
They say they had internal problems charging the credit card.
So!!! How do you explain that I could download my purchase codes for each product purchased without first comparing?
