Hi, I did further investigation on the generated pdf layout doesn’t look good. I also tried installing the timetable plugin to the different environment and still getting the same issue for generated pdf. It looks like having an issue with the plugin.

I have educational supervisors who visit schools and I want to design a schedule for them so that there is no conflict in the time and place of the visit in one day, I mean I do not want there to be two supervisors visiting one school in one day. So that the educational supervisor cannot choose a school that was chosen from another supervisor at the same time and date, and it appears in the table that it is not available I want the educational supervisor to enter his visit himself using his account, does the script support this thing?
You will need to add some custom code to check if the time slot is already taken, plugin doesn’t provide such a check by default.
Is there a way to update all timetable entries from Hourly to Quarter Hourly in the Database Tables? Rather than going into each event individually?

I don’t see how to color th text (header text in timetable), colouring every second row is impossible, I have elementor and hello theme installed. I see in code, style color !important, but it doesn’t work, every second row is grey, not color that I picked.
And I have question where to change borders? I would like to change style, color, etc.
Plus, it is hard to style tables as most of the styling is made with !important tag?! I put my custom css, but it is not working!

One other question. Can we disable booking a couple of days in the future? Like allowing only bookings for today and tomorrow for example.
I was thinking of something like checking the column name (set as weekdays), and if the day is two days ahead of today, disable the booking option.

From what I see in the comments here it’s possible to display events past midnight, but I can’t find any images of how that would look. Can you please share some examples?
Hours after midnight are in fact other day, so they are not supported in scope of the same day. To omit that, you can set in the timetable settings ‘Event block layout’ parameter to ‘Type 5’ – this is the layout which is not displaying hours and then you can use description fields to display the proper hours. We don’t have example timetable in our demo which is showing that solution.

You can have as many timetables as you need, there is no limit. You can set any time for your events with 1 minute precision but row measure in timetable is available in 3 formats: 1h, 30min, 15min. You can set hour which ends after midnight but timetable will display hours in rows only to midnight (in timetable hour block, the hour which you will configure will be displayed but block will end at midnight).
I want to purchase this plugin but I can’t see an option to collect the customer’s email.. I see only guest name, guest phone and guest message. What are my options please? I need more fields
Email is required field for guest to fill, so it is not configurable but of course it will be collected.
I created 2 table columns and 1 event per column on the same page. Both events are showing in the same column (so 1 column has 2 events and the other one has none). How can I solve this issue please? I need 1 event per column.
Also, event layout field doesn’t change anything

Hi, I have question before buying. In the wellness there are slots of 2, 3, 4 hours and all-day tickets and the condition that a maximum of 250 visitors can be received in one hour. Is such a scheduling system possible?

You can set 2/3/4 hours duration for an event, if you would like to have all-day event, then you need to set hours for all day. It is also possible to set number of slots available for specific event hour.
The filename of the generated PDF is always “timetable.pdf”. Unfortunately this is hardcoded and there is no filter available. It would be great if this could be customized in any way. Maybe adding a new attribute for the shortcode or adding a filter in the PHP code.
Any chance to see such an enhancement in a new version?

For now you can add payment link or button using event hours description areas and email confirmation message. Anyway plugin is not providing payment system integrated for now, it is possible that it will be added in the future but for now I’m not able to tell you anything more specific.

Hi, I saw someone asked this a year ago but didn’t know if there were any changes. I need the funcationality of a waiting list. Does this plugin support waitlists? So if I allow 10 places, more people can say they would like to join and register but end up on a waitlist – so I can contact them should a spot become available? Or even better if this is automated. Such a functionality isn’t available. You can provide more slots available and add some text description that all bookings for let’s say last 5 slots need to be confirmed.
