I decided to buy anyway, only to face issues with installing, i’m getting a blank page, i’ve set all permissions correctly, installed the database etc.. read your comments to other users about reading install instructions, theres nothing to read as such, just daft videos that are not specifically for this app, i’ve installed many php/codeigniter, laravel scripts, Im also learning php alongside react.. this should really be better to install

I placed your helpdesk in a sub directory of an existing site, it seems it doesn’t work well in a subdirectory. seems it has to be a standalone install.
i noticed it you added index files beside the script files, i replied to your email please check it.
