You see the message because you did not follow the upgrade instructions for Conversion Pro changes (probably because you did not update when the version was released). Go to the Analytics menu and deactivate the Conversions Pro and save the settings. After that, you can reactivate it again.

Can you be more specific about the integration you need? Telgram is available as a network in the share buttons. And so in the profile links. We don’t have Discord but plugin features adding social networks from the settings without code to social profiles and share buttons. For social profiles you can add any network or button you need. For sharing it is more specific as the network should support a share command from a website.

WeChat does not feature a real share action. It is generating a QR code that eventually can be used for sharing (not sure how it works).
Our plugin offers you a free add-on called Functional Buttons Pack (you can find it in the full plugin zip file as essb-functional-buttons-pack.zip. Once installed and activated you can add the QR code button.

When you choose the text button for social sharing and the page title has … in it, the text message has #8230; at the end of the message, which looks stupid, that’s what the comment means, how do you fix that?

The #8230; is an HTML entity for horizontal ellipsis. This is not a standard symbol and not all social networks accept it. And to avoid this problem we create a table and replace the most commonly used with regular characters. We add in the table the one you use too. And it will be available with the next official release.

The #8230 stands for a Unicode symbol that is not typically used. Most of the social networks do not accept those characters at all. That is why in the plugin we replace with regular Latin characters where possible or escape otherwise.
The best will be if we have an URL where this problem shows (the symbol). Can you send such URL?

For sorrow, you can’t. Access to the followers’ values requires personal tokens and authorization. In the settings, you can set just one profile that will update the numbers.
In the past, we have an add-on (paid) that support an unlimited number of accounts for each network. But it is discontinued due to a lack of client interest.
The social profile links you can use with any account (set as many as you need). But it does not have the social followers’ displayed and updated.

I check the page from the screenshot and notice that you are using the Pinterest Pro. In this case, the plugin adds a layer to allow image Pinning works correctly. What you can try is to turn off this option https://prnt.sc/26daczh (it is always trying to find the biggest size). Or this one https://prnt.sc/26dadeb (both disabled).

Hello, a customer of mine has bought the plugin and it seems to work very well. But one thing is a bit annoying: I cannot remove the social share columns in post list. They take so much space and post titles are not readable anymore. But I cannot deactivate those columns. In your documentation it says, that there are administrative settings, where I could remove those columns. But this setting is not visible, I cannot find it.

I don’t see the “Quuu” service integrated into the plugin. If you have more information on how it operates it is possible to add the button via the Custom Networks in the menu https://docs.socialsharingplugin.com/knowledgebase/how-to-add-a-custom-button-in-the-share-network-list-adding-any-social-network-for-sharing/. And it won’t have an official share counter – so you can’t track the official sharing (only internal counter based on clicks over the button).
For the “Buffer” we support sharing and official share value. When you do the sharing from the website the command contains the full URL of the post. And using the same URL the Buffer API returns the official value of shares. Technically it is made to work like Twitter does before they remove the share counter – they are shortening the URL but always keep when possible the full URL too for getting correct analytics data.
But keep in mind that getting the share values is part of the social share buttons. You can’t use the plugin to only extract and collect the share information without using the share buttons with share counters on your website.

You did not lose anything – don’t worry. The settings are moved to Advanced -> Deactivate https://docs.socialsharingplugin.com/knowledgebase/deactivate-how-to-fully-deactivate-the-plugin-on-specific-places-of-your-website/. As they are related to the plugin at all (not just share buttons), the previous positioning in the menu was not correct.

In wp-admin when editing a category, there is “Social Sharing Optimization”. These fields populate the open graph tags. They work except for “Social media title”, which does not populate the og:title tag. Instead og:title defaults to the category name. Any ideas how to solve this?

But as this plugin is not familiar to us we need to check before confirming its work for the automatic positions.
