Hi There, I have just setup the Appointly – however despite having google maps API setup I am getting the following error “Google Maps Platform rejected your request. Invalid request. Invalid ‘q’ parameter.”

In order to achieve this you can edit the translation files.

They are located in the modules/appointly/languages/[your language]/*_lang.php search for the string you wish to replace and save the file.

appointments not working, they are not added to calendar. There is no option for Google Calendar inside your plugin. And button “login to oulook calendar” not working.

I can’t find how to block a full day. for example, if we have a certain day in a month for meetings and we don’t take appointments, how can we block that day, When we block it in Google Calendar it only shows the start time! we have to add multiple appointments “for each hour” in the Calendar to block the whole day, is there anyway to do it from within appointly?

Google sync is only one way sync, from CRM to Google Calendar.

Blocking specific days in a month can be achieved but this can be done directly in the code by a developer.

Hi, currently only admin can create video appointment as its added to calendar. That works fine for one person who can create appointment for googlemeet. How can other staff or employee can create appointment and able to add it to google calendar within CRM. This is important because is one person (Admin) is not available others employee can do the job from their account to create gooogle meetings.

I can create an appointment with different role when logged in but it does not get added to google calendar so I can not see video icon in the appointment created. BUT when creating an appointment with Admin role it does get added to google calendar and i can see the video icon. Please guide how to make it work with other account too.

Hi, i have sent an email for support, no body has got back to me and its been a few days now

Also there is no way i can see to specify which logo is used (dark or light) its using the wrong logo, its using Light logo on a light background, which doesnt make sense as the whole theme is light so why thats default or permanent setting i do not understand, can this issue be fixed ASAP and also can the issue i have already emailed about be answered please

Hi, i tried to update to latest version and now i got a blank page with the following mesaage:

Minimum required PHP version is 7.4. Consider upgrading to a newer PHP version. You are using 7.3.33, you should consult with your hosting provider to help you to change your PHP version to 7.4 or higher, after you upgrade the PHP version this message will disappear.

I run Php version 7.4 and also tried 8.0, still got the same error message. I also selected the 7.2 on cPanel but still is showing the same message that i use 7.3.33

Hello I have a question I bought the module, but when I put an appointment it puts on the first group of my Google calendar I have several calendar groups in my Google calendar how can I select the group, so they do not put the appointments on a group where there is nothing to see, because I have a private group a professional group on my Google calendar. And I wanted to put only the appointments of my CRM in my professional agenda and not my private, and it automatically puts in my private impossible to change it because if I change it sends an email of cancellation.
