Hi there, is it correct that an existing reservation for a rental item can no longer be changed, except by canceling it in the backend? Pre-sales question. We wish to create on the frontend using php, html and javascript the following:
Instead of the user selecting 1 or 2 hours of rental, there will be pre-defined packages. So there will be a 3-hour package 10$, a 6-hour 18$, etc.
What we plan is to define the hour range on the backend and hide the rnb hour fields and checkout date (only check-in will be applied) and make those field values according to what packages buttons the user presses. So if i press the 3-hour package and set the check-in day to 20/01/2022, using javascript we will populate the checkout date input to the same day (20/01, beeing that ideally is to deactivate this field) and the checkin time will be set by the client and the checkout time (hidden) will be the time of checkin + 3 hours .
Is this possible to implement via javascript?

Hi With reservation we have email system that the user will receive an email for his booking. If you want to add messaging system then it will require additional customization.

Does this plugin allow for pick-up and drop-off locations that can be stipulated by the client? We have a client that rents out equipment and delivers it to where ever the client wants (within a certain mile radius)
Static pick up and drop off locations sadly will not cut it for this project, so fingers crossed.

Pre-Sale Question Hello, I would ask a question. We want to user select only pickup date and dropoff date should calculate automaticly. Forexample we will set 4 days for dropoff time.User will olny select pickup date and dropoff date will be calculated after 4 days automaticly. Is it possible in your plugin ?

There is a problem with the Post Booking Block Days functions in ver.12.01. After someone makes a reservation, when the next person tries to make a reservation for the next available day, the reservation cannot be made for the day after the day you have set.
ex. someone booked 03/04-03-06, next person can’t book 03/09 (post booking days number set 2)
Related to this, the Minimum Booking Days functions has also problem. The Pre Booking Block Days, Post Booking Block Days, and Minimum Booking Days functions have often caused problems in the past. For this reason, I have not been able to update since ver.11.03.
Please fix.

Hello, Sorry to ask again but I really need to know before I can implement your solution that looks great ! : With Google 2-way synch, if you don’t manage slots, how can we possibly sell two rooms for example at the same time ? Room 1 Monday 10-12 Room 2 Monday 10-12 (will not be able to be booked if the first one is already booked at the same time range ?
How do you handle this kind of situation ? Does Google Calendar adds two events side to side ?

Hi If you have 2 rooms then you will need to have inventory quantity 2 and 2 users will be able to book those rooms. third user will not be able to book the room.

Can you have only 1 date selection? Remove the 2nd drop down and make all bookings 1 day only?
Hi Yes, from the back end of the woocommerce settings> rnb settings> display tab you can disable drop off date and time.

Hello Team ! I have a pre-sale question : A customer book an event from 10h00 to 12h00 on Wednesday Is Google Calendar Updated for the organiser ? I guess so. So next customer wants to book the same date same time range : will he see it is already booked ? will he be able to still order this if it is booked already by somebody else ? In other words, is your plugin 2 way sync between woocommerce and Google Calendar ?

Hi The next customer will not be able to book if there is no quantity available. And yes orders will sync with google calendar.

For more information The current version of WordPress : 5.9.1 Woocommerce plugin version: Version 6.2.1 WooCommerce Rental & Booking System : Version 12.0.1
After installing the R&B system I am not able to update the woo-commerce product page and in my console, I can see – An invalid form control with name = ‘redq_days_range_cost [ ]’ is not focusable.
To confirm the conflict I have deactivated the R&B plugin. The product page works good.
This is affecting the simple product page to not updating.

I have this problem: Number of rooms available 1 The client books a stay, e.g. from March 1 to March 10, the rest of the days in the calendar are available and not booked, but the system shows that out of stock and it is not possible to book a stay, e.g. from March 15 to 19, or add the reservation to the basket.
