Hi, I would like to ask how I can remove the category and staff field from the bookly booking form. I provide inspection services and only want customer to schedule the inspection regardless of staff time slots, I outsource work to other company so just need them to be able to select the service and schedule the service without choosing a staff member, I look forward to your support.

Thanks for your message.

You can pre-define and hide fields when publishing the booking form. So you can choose which fields you’d like to keep or hide from the first or Service step in the booking form. You won’t be deleting all the info associated with it by hiding a field as it will only be hidden from the customer’s view. When “Categories of services, Services, and Employees” are hidden, it requires a default value chosen because each appointment must have each of those properties. For example, you pre-define the category as Awesomeness, and the service to Awesome Service, then hide these fields as well as all fields in the booking form. When you publish this booking form, it will go directly to the Time step of Awesome Service where the customer would only book timeslots offered for the said Awesome Service. The plugin deactivate when we activate it. And there is no field on Bookly – Settings – Puchase Codes. To enter the Activation Code.

Could I receive a refund for this purchased item? I thought the plugin was necessary to create a mandatory field (date of birth), but I have now found that it works without it. So I don’t need it anymore…

Hi,

Is it possible that Bookly Customer Information (add-on) in the latest version 2.6 is not compatible with the latest WordPress and Bookly version? Since our update to WordPress (version 6.4.1) and Bookly Pro (version 6.9), the fields are no longer displayed. The fields are also no longer displayed in your demo link above.

Can you provide quick help on this? A plugin update perhaps?

I have similar question which was asked by DickHo, “I activated Custom fields and file upload add-on, and it seems to work fine EXCEPT for the uploaded document which is not appearing in the attachment field of appointments details in the admin. Is this a limitation of sandbox version?” I have purchased the custom fields and customer information add-on but the custom field upload document shows only on bookly-form, we need to have it on calendar new customer section as well. We need to attach document to customer profile. Please let me know if any settings needs to be changed to achieve this.

The information from Files field can be checked if you click on customer’s name while editing the appointment.

Custom fields will be displayed in Customer cabinet section: http://joxi.ru/Q2KRepYCOwkWRm but there is no option to display the files. You can check them in your WP admin panel only.

We have purchased the bookly pro, the bookly custom information and the bookly customer cabinet. However, we found a major issue for our system.

The issue is: when we add a new customer from bookly from the back-end. And when we fill in the customer form from the back-end with using the selection called ’ create wordpress user’. After we fill in all of the information and click ‘save’. It is always loading, which will not allow us to make sure is this customer has been added correctly, and also cannot change any profile for this customer from the back-end (due to always loading from the back-end).

Therefore, could we solve this issue? This is a major problem and we couldn’t use this booking system anymore. Please help us solve this issue, we appericate you and your team very much.
