how often do you have an update? I read so many negative comments, the plugin looks nice and i have tested but i’m still thinking is a good decision to buy it, as i read that you have tricky conditions for refunding.. what do you say? If you had a demo plugin to install and if is good to pay after 7 days would be perfect and much more user friendly than the current solution(tested but on our server and our themes, and when user put on their server with other theme they see disaster) the plugin is not really cheap one to gamble, many unsatisfied people on the net

1. I’m sorry but I’m not sure I get this point correctly. Could you clarify it, please? Actually, you may apply custom CSS styles to override the design of the fields.
2. The first level of the hierarchy is a post type for room types of the hotels. So you may try to add Hotels as Categories or Attributes and tie the room types to their terms. 3. PayPal is available in Hotel Booking by default. As for MercadoPago so you may check if there is such a solution for WooCommerce. I was done it since lots of days… your plugin is uncomplete like I said … there is no button styling settings… no form styling settings
The styles of the buttons and forms should be inherited from Appearance > Customize settings.
for forms I’m afraid not … and now on Divi these settings are configured in style Tab… and settings are more interessting. I thing it’ not very hard to update this plugin… if it’s open source I can hire a divi developper to doing that…

Hi, Yes, you will need both plugins. Hotel Booking (current one) is a base plugin while Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments is an add-on that allows you to integrate WooCommerce pyment gateways to pay for the reservations made with Hotel Booking plugin.
Do you have mobile app for admin. Where admin can block dates, and sync calendars after blocking dates? And also admin can check rates for different days?
At the moment, there is no mobile application for admin. The admin can access the dashboard of the site using mobile browser to be able to make some edits.
I tried demo. I could not find solution of these doubts so please reply.
1. Is it possible to set different rates for different days individually. For eg, I have different rate for weekdays, different from Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, etc.
2. I have 3 rooms. Each room base rate is of 3 guest but each room can accommodate upto 8 guest with extra charges. Is it possible, while checking availability, if guest enters they are 4 guest. Then it shows rates like…...1 room for 4 guest xyz fees. 2 room for 4 guest xyz fees? Possible? Means guest can decide whehter they want all 4 guest in 1 room or 2 room.

1. Yes, you will need to create separate seasons for weekdays, weekends and holidays, so you could apply different rate 2. You may use Variable Pricing to set different price depending on the number of guests in a booking, however, you will not be able to have two different rates displayed in search results for 1 room with 4 guests and 2 rooms for 4 guests at the same time.
my search page still gives no accommodation available yet there are no reservations when I search in the availability form

1. The phone number is a default field on the checkout page and it is required.
2. At the moment, all the notifications can be sent via email only. There is no possibility to send SMS notifications.
3. It is possible to extend the functionality of the Hotel Booking plugin to add a custom payment gateway. However, we do not offer such a customization order since all the developers are engaged in the process of the development of the plugins. Thus you may look for a freelance developer or check if the payment gateway is compatible with WooCommerce and use our HB WooCommerce addon to integrate WooCommerce checkout page to Hotel Booking plugin.
4. The plugin is compatible with all WordPress themes. As for the design so all the styles should be inherited from the active theme. But some themes do not offer proper styles for default elements such as fields, forms, headings, list, etc. so you might need to add custom CSS to adjust colors and other styles. The customization of the styles is not included in regular support and can be reviewed as a separate custom order.
You may also take a look at our booking themes to get the layouts you may like.

What does the guest account mean please, is it a wordpress customer account or????
There is added an item called Customer and it can be linked to real WordPress user. The booking information is attached to the Customer and so the guest may view the history of his/her bookings within his/her personal customer account.

Hello, pre-sale question. How does iCalendar sync work? I’ve tried demo, but events from Motopress are added only once in my Google/Outlook calendars. New events are not automatically added… If I remove the link to the calendar and add it again, the events are added. Could you explain this procedure please?
Hi, Using ical type of synchronization you put export ical links to different channels so that each channel could import bookings automatically. The import interval of the Google Calendar is about 12 and 24 hours.
As for the Hotel Booking plugin so it allows you to select a proper interval of the import e.g. each 15 minutes, 30 minutes, hourly, once daily, etc. Let us know if it is helpful.
