I am not asking for support, I just want to download some of the offered templates. This should be part of my purchase. The plugin license shows as valid. Please let me know why downloading templates are not working after I enter the valid license? Thank you.

We purchased a license. When trying to download samples, we get an invalid purchase code error. When going through our website we get Please activate license to install this template. When checking the settings it says the license is Active.  Please advise. I don’t think we should have to purchase support to correct this type of issue.

I would like to find a good table plug in to replace the tablepress plug in I’m using, the main problem I’m having with tablepress is that the columns are not tidy and auto fit. Hi, the function “Copy First Tab Data To Other Tabs” seems not to work properly in the newest version. Right after you click “copy” it shows the copied data correctly in the editor, but once you save and reload the old data is loaded.

Spent 3 hours trying to install this and nothing works. Even added it to the plugins folder via FTP and it STILL doesn’t work. Really frustrated. Left support query several hours ago & no response as yet. Either sort this out today or give me my money back!

I want to deactivate the plugin from one domain and activate it on the other. Even though the plugin has been uninstalled it still shows registered to the previous domain. How can I deactivate and activate on the new site URL? The plugin dashboard account also doesn’t let me change that information.
