I updated the plugin and now all my user entries, all my projects are gone and I am not able to scrape the data. Is there a way to recover my old projects, user entries and also how do I scrape the data. This is urgent. Please advise
Which version did you have installed before you uploaded the new one ?
I upgraded plugin version 3.6.6 to 3.6 8. How do I add new projects, scrape the data and recover my old user entries?
I think you should just revert to the 3.6.6 version, since 3.6.8 only uses the alternative method.

Hi, I solved everything except receiving emails. I converted pdf file with DocuPUB to Acrobat 5.0 version (PDF 1.4) I set the receiving mail in “Input Properties” and I don’t get anything and in Users Entries there is nothing. Please answer me, thank you

Yes, they’re saved in the page option ‘Users Entries’.
i need to display multiple uploaded images. How it is done?
You need to put them in separate input files, if they were on the same input the plugin won’t know where to put them in the PDF as it’s not possible to set them in the input properties.
I have noticed that if a “required fiel0”d is left blank and the user hits submit it will still generate a pdf with the required field left blank instead of just waiting for the correct form to be filled out. Is there a way to prevent the software from generating a PDF if the if the contact form is not filed out properly? Please advise I would like to know before purchasing another license. Thank you!

You need to define the validation options in the input properties page options, there’s bunch validation options you can choose from once they’re set, the the email won’t go unless they’re validated.

In the video it shows that you can select only one field from the form on a field from pdf I want to be able to add type: field1, field2 on a single field from pdf.

Hi, I bougth de plugin and I have two problems. 1- When One customer complete the form this one doesn’t give the confirmation message like “thanks for prefer us” in the form thats the pdf generator is vinculated. this problem started when I install de plugin. 2- When one customer complete the form in the cellphone the pdf is not generated, the same is not send for de admin and the customer and the form dosen’t give the confiramation message
