Hi. I have purchased WPBakery Page Builder Clipboard in the past and it has worked great.

- Clipboard v4.5.5However, I am doing a new website and it doesn’t seem to work.

Hello, I have your plugin working at many sites but one of them suddenly stopped to work months ago.
Plugin came bundled with UNCODE theme, at some point i’ve decided to buy the plugin to get updates as the version shipped form UNCODE was below version 5. but unfortunately last update didnt fix the issue. I’ve updated the plugin at other sites and all of them are working fine.
I’ve been debugging and console is not firing any errors, at the site that is not working it just works with a custom post created by uncode called CONTENT BLOCK but it doesnt work with any other custom post nor default wordpress PAGES or POST.
I’ve checked at the local storage where the plugin make the work behind the scenes and if you work with blocks at content blocks things are getting stored but not when you try to copy at pages, post or custom posts.
The site that is not working is the most important one for us to make that plugin works so i’ll really appreciate any light on the issue.

Hi, it looks like WPB version used with that theme is modified – we can see in theme description that “The Page Builder is based on a tailored and enhanced version of WPBakery Page Builder”. Our plugin only supports original, unmodified WPBakery Page Builder, we can not support any custom modifications. The other thing – if theme author decided to include our plugin, then you should contact their support regarding any compatibility issues. Anyway, you can send us email with site URL and WP credentials to info@bitorbit.biz so that we can take a closer look at this. If possible, we will help you, if not – you can get a refund or use the license on some other site.

Hey guys, we have the plugin through a theme install and the latest Wordpress or WPB updates have broken the Clipboard functionality. I am not sure if this was before or after the Dec plugin update but I believe it was working fine before the last major updates. I have tried deactivating and activating but haven’t actually uninstalled since I don’t have the license key. Let me know if you are seeing this as well. Thanks!

Hi, page content is only modified after paste action, so if that is the case, maybe your shortcode structure is invalid. Please try to add new content on the new page and see if this still happens.

I have the same problem like veccccio, the copy paste function does not work any more after I updated on monday. I am using clipboard version 4.5.7 and Bakery version 6.8.0.
I used the latest version of Chrome and also Safari. The cache is cleared and the browser add-ons are disabled.

Hi, please share more information, are you referring to the update of Chrome or WPB Clipboard plugin? Which version of Chrome and Safari you are using and also which OS (and version)? With Safari 14.1 there is known issue (please see our plugin description).
Hi, I’ve updated the website and after that it doesn’t work anymore. So I think it’s a compatibility problem with the plugin.
But here more information about the Browsers and OS: It’s Chrome version 97.0.4692.71, Safari version 15.1 and Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7.
And I have already deactivated all plugins to check if there is a problem with another plugin in combination with your plugin. But it still doesn’t work.
