Are you using paste button inside the row? If yes, then it could be related to a content structure issue. You can try to create a test page with simple content, e.g., with just two rows, to verify if this happens always or just with some specific content. Also, you can send us email with site URL and WP credentials to info@bitorbit.biz so that we can take a closer look at this.
Hi there is a BUG with the new version of wpbakery. When you want to select the pencil of the primary raw, the block with pencil duplicate icons jump to the left… I try with different theme and it’s like that since the new version of wpbakery

the BUG arrives when clipboard is installed!... otherwise wpbakery works perfectly. the bug happens as soon as I activate your plugin… It’s your plugin that create the BUG

Hey! It seems there are some errors when using v5.0.5 and WPBakery v.8.4.1. The buttons jump to the middle of the row’s grey bar and they’re harder to press, being stuck together. Can you please check? Thank you.

Using latest version (5.0.4) and when I try to export and import, it gets stuck on “Pasting…please wait”. I’ve let it go for hours and it never ever pastes.

We are having issues getting the cut/copy/paste icons showing in the page builder. We have deactivated the plugins in chunks but didn’t find any conflicts. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
