Hi,

I am using “Visual Composure Clipboard” for one of my website and I must admit that it’s an amazing plugin. I am planning to buy another license for my second website. But before that I had a query. That website has one main domain under which I have two subdomains. Can I use the one license for all of these 3 (One main domain and 2 sub domain under it.) If yes, will I get automatic updates to all of three with the same license key. You are requested to reply asap so that I can make decision on this.

It looks like you should get one license per domain. Here you can find more about CodeCanyon licenses: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard . If you mean automatic plugin updates, there is no such option, but that should not worry you because updates are not frequent.

Hello, I’ve recently purchase your great plugin, but in order to use Google Cloud load & save, where can I find the Envato API key and License key ?

The only number I see in the license is “Item Purchase Code”.

Hello, please see included documentation: “You can get Envato API key by visiting your Envato page, then clicking the Settings tab. At the bottom of the page you’ll find API Keys. Click API Keys and then Generate API Key to obtain API key. License key (or Item Purchase Code) is contained within the License Certificate which is accessible in your Envato account. To view your License Certificate login to your Envato account and visit D ownloads section, then click Download button to reveal License Certificate link. Download and open License and look for Item Purchase Code.”

I just your plugin from Code Canyon. Unfortunately the plugin refuses to get installed. The error message is “no valid plugin found” (translated from Dutch). So I’m afraid there something wrong with the zip file.

Hello, maybe you could help me with this strange problem please :

On my secondary PC, the clipboard works fine.

On my main PC and the same page, I can copy/paste elements and columns but not ROWS.

Both run same version of Chrome (and Windows 7), and have similar configuration and RAM.

I’ve flushed all WP caches, rebooted the main PC, the problem remains.

Would you have an idea of something else I could do ?

Hello, you can try to clear browser cache and local storage: open Developer tools(Ctrl+Shift+I), switch to Application tab, then go to ‘Clear storage’ and click ‘Clear site data’ button (make sure that ‘Local and session storage’ is checked before that).

Hi, yes, please see documentation – the easiest way is to use EXPORT/IMPORT (just make sure that both websites are using same set of content elements).

Hello, it has not been tested with Jupiter theme, however it should work with any theme with regular version of VC (and even with most custom made VC content elements). You can try it and let us know and in case you have any issues we can offer a refund.

I installed the plugin clipboard in wordpress with no issues but when I edit with visual composer I don’t see the copy and paste items that I paid for. If there is something else I need to do or have done incorrectly please let me know.
