I have your module but I cannot define days of availability. For example no rental for every Saturday and Sunday.
I have the availability system where I indicate a fixed date but I can’t do that for all the weeks haha.

Hello, why in RnB Version 12.0.0 when admin access RnB Calender on Dashboard cannot view by Month/Week/Day? did you delete it?
Hi Yes, due to some technical reason we only kept the month view.
I cannot keep on communicating with you via support as it expired. Just to let you know that, as @dorothyc_kuma said, we confirm there is quite a bug on the calendar regarding previously booked dates. They always show up as available, even though they have been previously booked. Just tested with your latest version.

Hi, my support period has expired. I uploaded an old version and it works. Newest version doesn’t 12.0. No idea how it does work with you, but to us it seems quite obvious there’s a bug in the latest version.

Hi, we triple checked the issue.
For your information we discovered 2 issues, which is somewhat what’s already been reported by other users before.
1) your plugin marks blocked dates incorrectly on the calendar.
We tested a day booking starting from Feb 23 at 6:00 am and ending on Feb 24 at 6 am (24hrs). Availability calendar will now show to the next customer that Feb 24 is not bookable, whilst Feb 23 is available for booking rental.
2) furthermore there is a confusing/wrong warning issues on the same rental due to incorrect availability calendar.
When a new customer wants to book the same item starting from Feb 23 at midnight (because he sees that Feb 23 is available) he can choose only time up to 5:30 (which is right given the previous customer booked from Feb 23 at 6:00am). Say he does a mistake and tries to book from Feb 23 at 00:00 to Feb 23 to 5:30, your plugin returns NO warning (I.e. Please check minimum booking period).
Now this whole calendar thing is very confusing. Your plugin must deal with blocked hours the same way he deals with blocked dates on the calendar and also should prompt warnings when customers book unavailable dates/times.
Appreciate if you can fix these core issue as we would rather avoid paying for ‘another’ support extention when this is clearly not caused by other plugins/customisations.

Hello. 1. I cannot certainly tell its working from the screenshot you sent. Maybe share a video. 2. It should throw notice when a customer. Maybe you should take into consideration as an improvement for next releases.

Honestly, I think it’s kind of malicious to keep asking to renew support when I tell you there’s a bug (and so is another customer) in the last version.

I though believe you need to do the whole renting process to reproduce the same issue. In your video I don’t see the booking process done, but you seem to start after the booking had been done by the customer.

Booking went through with no issues (I checked RNB calendar and it works fine) 3. If another customer is then trying to book the same item, the calendar shows that the item is available anytime before Feb the 26th at 10:00 (correct) but unavailable the whole Feb 27th (wrong).
Is there any configuration withing Woocommerce -> RnB settings that is clashing with it?

We believe there is a bug in your plugin where Booked Dates are not being blocked on the Calendar allowing other people to book the same service on the same date.
There is an order for July 21 and July 22 and the calendar on the same product is not showing blocked. Also, another booked date July 1 to July 3. But the calendar only blocked July 2. Something is wrong here.

We noticed that if a customer selects an item that is not available in that particular date, or the quantity is not correct, or the booking is not matching the criteria we set (i.e. 2 hours fixed), there is no warning from the plugin. It also does not seem to calculate it right when the range exceeds the criteria set (i.e. Min 1 hr Max 2 hrs fixed price is 35 USD, but if a customers books more than 2 hrs the plugin still calculate it as 35 USD and it allows booking above 2 hrs).

Hello, I am interested in your product. I need to build private equipment renting system where users won’t have to pay for the rent because they have already paid for a subscription to the global website. Still I think woocommerce is the best way to go. Is it possible to book an item bypassing the checkout steps? or maybe making it a very short process. I though that your “get a quote” functionality might fit my need but in the demo other than pressing the button and filling the form the I quite don’t understand how this functionality works. Maybe after getting the quote the admin could book the item for the user saving him from going through a “useless” checkout process?
Does the admin panel for this plugin offers some kind of a notice for when the item should be returned or some alert if return date is overdue. I imagine an alert for the admin and a mail for the user.

Hi! I’m looking for a booking plugin for my website, where clients will book hotel rooms. I have some questions.
1. Is there an option to hide time picker? I need only data pickers (check-in and check-out date) which count chosen nights in hotel format. Ex: Room costs 100$, client chooses 2 days (1 night), so he should pay 100$ to reserve the room.
2. Is there any availability calendar in admin area? I mean could the manager check available room in some calendar in admin panel?
Hi 1. Yes you can disable timepicker but if you only keep dates and user selects say 6/2/2022 to 7/2/2022 that will count as 2 days 2. we have back end rnb calendar from there admin could see all the bookings for the day.

How to disable the 1 day rental in the Days Range pricing ?

Sure suppose i have 4 products 2 are 60$ per day and 2 are 65$ per day rental and i used Days Range Pricing option for 7 days ok. The price i set up for the 1st day will display as the products price right? Suppose 1 day rental is not profitable to me and i want to stop renting 1 day and i removed the 1 day price range and now the option to the customers are only to rent more than 2 days up to 7 days right.Its working.But on the product page its displaying 2 days rent price
Hi From the back end of the woocommerce settings > rnb settings > condition tab you can set minimum booking days to 2 day so users will have to set minimum 2 days.
