3-GEOLOCATION / WIDGETS the admin can choose which server will handle the requests. All these functions can be turned off if they are not needed.
4-CUSTOM AND DEFINED LOCATIONS Super Admin can impose certain fixed locations and narrow down the selection only to them. He has the option to set the parents to be able to add their own intermediate stops (waypoints) to the route.

The driver can not signup from the app, as he needs to be assigned to parents by the school admin. The driver can not assign himself.

I know of someone who bought the script here and installed the flutterwave version but i saw it has a bug.He doesnt even know that it has a bug coz he is currently not in production use. On checkout, during plan upgrade, the system mutiplies the final price by 100. For instance if set plan is $25, on chekout it will indicate $2500.
I do not trust that this someone exists and he did not contact me even if he has a bug (as you did). But I can say if this someone officially purchased the item, he should not have this bug.
One big problem Example. One or two bus running for 2 trip deference route how can manage it?
If any bus running for 2 trip deference route how can manage it? this is big problem for admin, driver and parents. Because same bus running 1st with 50 students after same bus running for second trip with 50 students. This feature is very important for school bus tracking
Please add route and arrival and departure time for every stop. School manager can add, edit, delete, change, arrival and departure times and route. When bus departing from school. tracking start automatically, When bus is delayed parents and school manager get notified via sms or whatsapp, Please add chat system like parents can chat direct to driver and school manager Driver can chat school manager.
I think your proposal is unreasonable for many reasons. How can the bus be assigned to two routes at the same time? How can the driver make a chat? He should focus on driving the bus. He only does the check-in and out at the pickup or drop-off locations, I.e. while not driving. How the tracking starts automatically? The driver needs to open the app and so if any parent opens his app he can see the driver on the map. Also, be aware that this is not a city bus app.
Please check the demo to get familiar with the current system as some of your suggestions is already in the system. The school admin can send notifications from the backend to notify parents of any update like bus delay or cancellation.
