HI team, I need to import products which are virtual and downloadable with a downloadable image. Can your plugin import correctly product from a CSV file containing the fields: virtual, downloadable, downloadable_files?

Yes exported but if attributes created through woocommerce plugin and product default attributes, any third party plugin attributes are not sure about that because we have not tested yet. But if you provide us a third party plugin package then we will check this for you and let you know about that.

I tried to export all products from a shop to another. I uploaded all images to the new website in wp-content/uploads. Do I have to change the image URL in the csv file to the new website, before importing the products? Because the imported products had no images yet.

If you have moved images manually then of course you will need to change the path url for the images accordingly in the CSV before importing.

thank you for helping me. Because of this weird problem, I had to delete orders as well as clients. Despite this, I am ok with the plugin. It taught me lots of lessons. Other plugins didnt export anything. at least I have products and product reviews. And I know that this problem is not related to you. You answer tickets after you completely solve the issue. Hi – How does this plugin handle woocommerce downloadable products.
Does it allow for the export and import of downloadable products + the actual downloadable file itself – be it zip, pdf or whatever.
It is senseless just to have the normal product information that you get with a simple or variable product, but not the actual file that needs to be downloaded as well.
Having to sift through a folder trying to find the correct files to manual copy them to be transferred to the new domain can take forever, and on a multi-vendor site simply not worth the effort.
A Migration will also not work because then you will end up having files taking up storage space that is not linked to a product.
Woocommerce / WordPress are catering for virtual(downloadable) products as well as multi-vendor websites for many years, and it is seriously about time for the import / export plugin developers to step up and address this issue.

What do you mean by downloadable products? Are you referring to images?

Downloadable Product – For example a music file Song1.mp3
You will have that as a product with the information of the song, the price, and an image of the product.
Now if you export that, ALL the information will be imported onto the new domain (even the product image) but the mp3 file will NOT be imported. It will only link to the URL of the export domain.
I need for the mp3 file to be fetched from the export domain, and copied onto the new domain during the import process, in the same way as it is doing with the product image

Unfortunately physical file cannot be imported using our plugin.
In our plugin physical image cannot be exported/imported. You can only import/export the link of an image then manually upload the image using the link.

Hi, do you plan to add support for custom fields for import export of products? This is vital as many products have both COG / wholesale prices and EAN/GTINs which woocommerce doesn’t handle without plugins.. And plugins use custom fields for this.

First you have to export the categories from our plugin and then you can import it in to other site. If you don’t want to export the categories from our plugin. Then you have to use the same format as required in our plugin for importing the custom file.
For bulk importing you have to set the server execution time accordingly as the script needs the time for bulk data. You can also import/export the data in chunks.

You can use single license on 2 domains one production site and one staging site.
About images in csv file images path is given so you have to manually upload all images via FTP..

Hi team, Will this let me import custom orders on a csv sheets? My business nature require me to input mass orders on a csv sheets and import them into Woo to save time. Is there a limit on how many line items in an order that can be imported? I looked around and some of them can only do order with 5 items or less. I Need to import orders with more than 5 items frequently. Please let me know if this plugin can accommodate this request. Thank you
