It absolutelly does not do what it is supposed to do. No documentation. No interface. It seems like I am supposed to download some xls template to manually sort the data of variable products I want to import. But the file is nowhere to be found. And after that this plugin just uploads it to woocommerce? Woocommerce already has this function.

There is a documentation folder in the zip file you have downloaded from Envato that contains all the necessary instructions.

The plugin settings are in the WooCommerce->Settings->Import/Export.

This plugin is complete garbage.
First I had to waste 15 minutes just to install it due to multiple "invalid headers" errors. I used it on a clean new site.
The 15 more minutes waste on searching where the plugin actually was hidden inside the menus.
Then after 30 minutes lost I tried to import ONE only review to test it and received a message that the memory is not high enough (I am on probably the best hosting ever with everything maxed out).
This is ridiculous. I feel robbed of money and time.

I am very pleased with this plug-in and the support team was very understanding and patient. I am so happy I gave this plug-in a chance. It’s affordable and the filter options are excellent.
If you need an import/export plugin, I recommend this one. I’ve tried other plugins and this is the only one that’s given me the results I need. At a price I can afford. My Wordpress site is on the latest 5.0 version. And my php is currently 7.0 and my memory is 256 mb. This plug-in is working just fine for me ! Customer support is amazing and fast response. If you have questions just ask them.

Can you please explain what is not working? and we see that you give a 1 star rating, did you contact with support and tell you about your issue before doing this, we think at-lest before doing this you should contact with support and tell about your issue, This is import export that have big database queries, and most of time you need some additional configurations, and we clearly mention these configurations inside module how to do that.
You just written, its not working, send us more details on our email "info@extendons.com", our support will check this issue on priority basis, if issue is come from our module and its not due to low server configuration etc then we simply refund you.
