Nice tool, but still raw and has to be polished. 1) On some pages, a js for summernote is commented out, so tables are basically not working; 2) The survey is shown as one page despite I splitted it into several pages (it goes as one page and then breaks into several blocks with answers filled in); 3) The Thank you message is shown in bold despite I selected styles for it

How do we go from page to page in a form? Also, can we move to another link for a workflow from a form using a button? I don’t see these capabilities in the form designer

I have some suggests for your script:
1. Landing page should have multi language and it has option to step via other landing page (it means if I don’t want to use default landing page so it can step to my customise landing page);
2. With submited form, it should display with list of table. It shouldn’t show like menu;
3. Additional paypal and cash (offline paymen) for payment (for both of form paid and with plan).
4. In plan, you should add the limit of responses option for each form.
5. Create report for result form (result of fill form) like: rate of each option on form, sum of users that fill form…

Create Form just seems to create the existence of a form. To actually create a form seems to involve then selecting the design form option from. the list of forms.
Why do this? Why not just design form upfront, which is what we’d expect. TBH when I first looked at this, I thought you’d forgotten to include the actual form builder.

Hi, I get your point. we add next button and rediract to design when user create form.
We can add function link api call on submit form for you if you want.

Can you clear the difference b/w super admin, admin & user? It’s a form builder SAAS, so I assume there should be one admin (me) and all users who register/use the app.
