Still no payment gateway?

And in demo there is no way to add Teachers and Staff members. Is this only for single institution or school? Multiple school teachers can’t create their account and add staffs?

Dear nearcraft from last two days ago we raised a request for our problem we did not get any response in the quick test application have some glitch please update our ticket and slove the problem. Here is our ticket number: #280. Please try to slove the problems as soon as possible. According to your policy no one has been checked our ticket we need soon reslove the problem.

Hi, what happened to the update? Also, I had 17 persons take a test today on my website, all was going well until they submitted their exam as finish. There persons complained that they answer all questions but the system is saying they did not answer 3…. Also one person answered all but only the system said he answered 1… I noticed caused I tested it and got the same issue.

Also, when using a phone, once all the questions answered, the save button doesnt work. You would have to turn your phone in landscape to see the save and finish button.

We checked this issue. From our end it is working fine. May be this happens due to unstable internet connection. While answering a question the response will immediately updated in the system. If there is an issue in network, it fails to save the response.

Your installation instruction is incomplete. I see you never mentioned what’s the default password. Also I see you have a video and at the end you are securing env file but never wrote in documentation. What’s the default password, I have tried your demo password and it didn’t work?

Also you have not created test button to test SMTP and without verified SMTP admin can even get locked out I see because you have enabled by default email verification also for email admin. I don’t know what to say man. Really Good looking App and I believe great app. Please fix those in your next update please. Also do you have instruction how to update I don’t see yet. Good luck.

To check the email SMTP, please try forgot password functionality :-) If you face any further issues, kindly raise support ticket.

Forget password would not work if you try to change you password immediately after installation since SMTP is not configured or tested properly. Thanks.

Google adsense feature is not there. Features of regular and extended license are same. Only difference is with the extended license you will get unminified Vue.js source to customize the app.

thanks for your response!! can you add MCQs Bank to students side for learning and practice like a fully guided system , like if you want to study physics MCQs you can just go to MCQs bank and study all type of MCQs, with difficulty level like medium,easy,hard. In easy section there will be only be easy MCQs question with answers and same for the others.

Will I be able to translate the page titles in the next update? In addition, there are many places in the user panel that I still cannot translate, so I cannot use it yet. With all due respect I’ve raised 3 tickets in total none of which I had a response, I am not sure with the first come first serve because my 1st raised on Oct – 28 with regards to Mail issue to which received no response till date, but the ticket I raised last week is of immediate priority

The layout issue is solved, and please check. By the way, this is not an application error. Many buyers successfully installed the latest updates. We are unable to figure out where you’ve messed the update. Even though we are not responsible for that, we took time and reinstalled a fresh copy. Next time, please be meticulous while updating the app.

Dear Nearcraft, Please consider the option to modify the texts of the buttons according to the language, because I did not find this possible in the Arabic language.

You can change them in the language translation file.

Have you increased the price of the extended version by almost $200?

Its really unfair.

I have been waiting for the past 3 months to buy the extended version (we want to customize a frontend a bit) but I didn’t buy because without the payment gateways, there is no business for me. I also wasn’t sure to trust you with the updates and bug fixes. I kept myself on hold to wait give you a chance, because it was a promising script. You haven’t yet delivered on the payment gateways that you’ve been promising for past 3 months. But you’ve doubled the price? So now we need to pay 200$ extra cost for you keeping us waiting?

You need to really understand that business requires reliability. Our customer needs reliability from us and we need reliability from our providers.

Let me give a piece of advice, irrespective of whether you like it or not, your sales didn’t meet your expectations after your v1.2 release is because:

1. you haven’t delivered a product where people could do business with. Currently the product is just half-baked. Promising product. But just half baked.

2. you haven’t shown reliability to earn our trust that we could rely on this product for years to come.

You’ll make money only when we can make money out of it. I am sure lot of people like me are still waiting for you to just deliver on these two.

I am losing trust and interest in this. I am really sorry, if I am being harsh.

Hi, if you are expecting something and don’t find it in any application, that doesn’t mean it’s half-baked. Maybe it doesn’t suit your process, or you wish much more. We initially launched this app for the schools and colleges for their students (many buyers use it like this) and gathered buyers’ feedback.

As expected, we received much positive feedback and critical recommendations, including veterans in the edtech field. We have a clear goal to improve this product and make it the best test preparation platform out there. But, every feature takes time to implement and we invest a lot of time in testing.

Regarding your concern about the increasing price of the extended license, how should we know that you are waiting to buy it? :-D Prices may increase/decrease from time to time. Anyhow, we reduced the extended license price back to $249. This price will be effective until the next update. ​ Please note that the regular and extended license prices will increase with the next update, v1.3.0, released by this month-end (Dec 2021).

Hi! Does this include front end source code? Some of the example tests mention “CAT”. Does this software have the ability to create computer adaptive tests where it gives harder questions based on the users response?

You can see from the above comments how frustrated the users are with the lack luster approach of the dev team. I agree, they have developed a decent, good looking script but they are lacking in a couple of things-

[1] Keeping their release/ update promises [2] Replying to the comments [3] Replying to the support requests and helping fix the bugs

They have promised the payment gateway release multiple times, first it was supposed to be released in August. Finally they even shared a roadmap with the release date as Nov 19th. Now they completely deleted the date and gave some reason – they are working on licensing stuff and the updates are delayed.

This is clearly not their priority and I am fed up waiting for the payment gateway. Not sure what to say.

But I wish the team all the best and hope they can release the version soon and get back to the users already purchased to help them..
